Stopped in for a Vito sub. The sub had something chewy inside. I thought at first it was fat but then you can bite threw fat. The bun was stale. The sub went in the trash.

My favorite Jimmy Johns location! From the moment I walked in I experienced great customer service! I ordered a number 9 and 12. The guy making my sandwiches made them so fast my head went spinning! Not to mention they were soooo delicious and fresh. From the guy cutting up the meat, to the guy making my sandwiches and to the lady ringing me up at the cash register..y’all made my day great! I will be driving to this location all the way from West Allis that’s how great everything was!

Ordered (in person) a #11 on wheat with no cheese. There was cheese on my sandwich! The tall guy took it off after I asked if it was on it. I ordered a pickle and was charged for 2 although there was only 1 in my bag (because that’s what I ordered).The tall guy voided my first check and charged me $2 less. It just didn’t make sense how if I didn’t ask about my order it would’ve been inaccurate. Im wondering if I supposed to request that my sandwich be cut in half or is someone supposed to ask me? Also your employees should not be talking over the food they are making and I was not given a receipt.
Ordered for delivery today and still waiting after 1.5 hours, new record for this JJ. But this is pretty standard for delivery at this location. Usually it takes 45-1hr before you get your order. Never again
I went in to pick up an order during the multi day power outage and they were SWAMPED. The customers in the lobby looked so upset due to the long wait. Yes it took a while to get my food but it was all correct and I was so thankful to have dinner to eat. I told the crew they would make it through it when they handed me my order. They did great given the stressful situation!
Literally so weak I've wait over an hour for a sub many times.
Can be super fast when not busy and even during the lunch rush you can walk in and get a sandwich quickly
