You know you're back in Wisconsin when the customer service is top notch. Obviously, the rating speak for themselves at the coffee is amazing too as well as the baked goods, but the staff there today deserves an extra cheer.
The scenery is nice and the sitting areas are kept clean, however, the customer service could use a little improvement. The chairs for the most part, look nice and modern, but are very cheap and feel very uncomfortable if you're sitting for awhile. Also, the menu is very limited with little room for item customization. It's decent, yet mediocre at best.
Terrible service. Manager of this location is also very rude. She refused to allow my wife to order a triple iced espresso. They finally let her order a double espresso but would not put it on ice for her. They gave her a cup of ice with it and made her assemble it herself. What was even more ridiculous was they also would not allow her to add any flavored syrup to her drink. Stated it’s against “corporate policy” and they don’t sell coffee that way. If you like overpriced average coffee with no ability to customize your drink, this is the place for you.
Great coffee shop. Good coffee, good breakfast sandwiches, great vibe. Friendly service.
I have been there a couple of times. Pleasant atmosphere. Coffeehouse food. Super cool personnel. I'll go there again.
Staff has always been helpful and accommodating towards everyone. They are always very consistent and quick with orders. The muffins are great too! They offer great study spots for students and have a large meeting room for groups.
Went here specifically for their two gluten free options as I have celiacs. Was severely disappointed when the employee at the counter refused to pull up an ingredient list to verify the ingredients of the food. Further, her tone was rude and acting put out by my simple question. I’ve never had similar issues at similar coffee shops in the area such as colectivo or stone creek, never even at star bucks. Won’t be giving them my business ever in the future nor could I recommend to any friends or family.
Got the Brazilian coffee they had brewing and it was very good. Normally don't like the South American coffees but this was roasted very well.
Let me say I love Fiddleheads but stopped today and ordered a peppermint latte and the coffee tasted burnt.
Nice place to get a cup of coffee. The dirty chai tea I had tasted different than I’ve had at other places, but in a good way. Must have been the spices. The bacon and egg sandwich I had was very good as well.I worked on my laptop upstairs for a few hours and it was a pleasant experience. I did not feel rushed or crowded.Only complaint is the prices don’t seem inline with other coffee shops. They’re a little pricier than most I’ve been to in the area. And that’s why I had to lower the rating.Overall I’d recommend this place.
