Service can be terribly slow if you go inside. They will have people standing around, and will look at you but not address you. The manager will literally tell workers to ignore the people inside while cars are in the drive through, even if you were there waiting in line.
It was a very busy July 3rd that evening with the parade and fireworks. There were two young ladies working in the store that evening doing what seemed to be the work that should typically take FIVE people to do. They both were working two registers, serving BR ice creams, making food orders, serving coffee, and packing donuts. Over the course of the evening people also kept streaming in to use the bathrooms and creating lines for those that blended in with people waiting for food. By the end of the night the place was not very clean. I just wanted to say that both these young ladies were absolute gems and worked their asses off for hours and hours looking no more than just frazzled. Sitting outside across the street for the festivities I saw the two of them hug each other through the window as they closed and started to clean. These two need to be recognized and commended for their hard work and commitment doing all the work they did and facing what had to be cleaned up.
Understaffed and needs staff with more appropriate dress code and behavior. 1 kiddy scoop of ice cream is approximately $3.40 each... prices have really gone up!!
1 girl working alone in the store. She appears to be 15/16 years old. Absolutely not okay. They should just permanently close. This is the second time in as many months that I walked out after waiting 20 minutes and not being greeted or served
I just finished with a Special Olympics event and had 2 of the athletes with me. I thought it would be fun to have ice cream to cool down. So we went in and ordered 2 single scooped cones and 2 double scoop cone. I looked at the tiny scoops of ice cream sitting on top of the cone and zero ice cream in the cone. So 3 ice cream cones that cost over 14.00. This was such a disappointment next time 31 Flavors will NOT be an option for us. We will go elsewhere for ice cream.

I can not stress how disappointing this location is. Orders are wrong at least half the time, several spoonfuls of grounds in the coffee twice, watery coffee, and routinely out of things (english muffins, bagels, donuts, flavor syrups, etc). The service is also abysmal. I have waited 10 to 15 minutes with 2 cars ahead of me in the drive thru on multiple occassions. I used to visit dunkin at least 2-3 times every week when living in New Berlin. Now that I'm in the Falls and live within walking distance of this location, I don't even visit monthly. I was so excited to live so close to a Dunkin only to be so massively let down.
Went in tonight as a treat for the family. Kids got ice. However the guy behind the counter did not know the menu at all? Asked for a banana split and he asked what size? I told him it doesn't go in a cup or dish. Pointed to the menu and after a moment of confused silence on his end he goes. Yeah don't have that. Lol walked out. Train these people please it's not hard.
Best experience ever... I asked for a scoop of ice cream and also ordered an espresso shot. He went to hand me the cup and it was ice cream with a shot of espresso on top of the ice cream LMAO. I can totally see how someone could interpret it to be that although people do not normally order espresso on their ice cream. Haha all I know is that I laughed so hard and kept my day going.
It has happened 3 times now, where I place my order ahead of time and get there and they are closedOnce at 5am, and two other times around dinner time. So understand the whole world is having issues with staffing right now, but like why would I still be able to do my order, and you guys take my money from it if they are closed, like should it know the computers aren’t on or operating??And when I called the first time to get my money back, the lady was beyond rude and said I can’t do anything call customer service and than hung up.
