Needed to pickup 4 dozen donuts for birthday celebration at work on Friday and they were lucky if they had 4 donuts period!!! Why is it called Dunkin Donuts it should be Dunkin Do Nots ,what a joke ,2 in the afternoon and they couldn't tell me what selections they had, so I went to Pick and Save and bought 4 dozen no problem, will not ever go there again and one star is 1 too many.
We have gone to this Dunkin donuts at least 6-8 times over the last year and have been consistently disappointed with their selection of donuts and slowness even in times where no other customers are present. Consistently at 8-10 in the morning on the weekends they do not have at least 1/2 to 3/4 of their munchkin flavors or any basic donut flavors such as crullers, maple, or anything with filling. I refuse to go there every again and suggest you do not waste your time as well.
I order from this location through grubhub frequently. 100% of the time, something on the order is wrong. Almost like the person that receives the order doesn't ready the order properly and assumes this is what the customer wants. I customize my dozen donuts and I get random donuts ALL THE TIME! Grubhub is pretty good at giving back refunds and extra discounts for future orders. It's very disappointing that I get randoms when my kids wants specific donuts. And when I call to see why they mess up this much on orders, no one picks up. Very unprofessional. Other than that...keep up the "good work"
If you have plenty of time to sit in the drive thru line and don’t care if you actually get the correct order then you’ll love this location. Seriously, do not try to go through the drive thru line unless you’re willing to wait forever when you realize each car is taking at least 10-15 minutes to be served, because the way it is set up with the curb you will not be able to leave the line unless there is no one behind you and you can back out. Every once in a while I’m craving an iced chai on my way to work and forget how awful this location is and I always regret it - the service is consistently poor. Also half the time the breakfast sandwich I get is not the one I ordered, and their hash browns are always soggy.

We get the drink made with espresso there would be barely any espresso,thats what I'm paying for. I hate to complain, but I wanted my drink made right, im paying for it.
Menomonee/Silver spring location: Worst donuts of the entire region, they serve hard old cold donuts, even if u stop by first thing in the AM. Avoid & save your money. Try some other location or krispy kreme.Now, the service here is pathetic, they dont understand what u order and keep a very rude attitude as if u are getting free food. Don't.

This location is trash. They do not answer phone calls during operating hours. They lock/close the inside during operating hours. Straight robbed me of $25 by double charging me and blaming it on my bank… and that’s after they had my contact info for a month and I had to repeatedly take time out of my day to go over there because they wouldn’t pick up the phone. The manager and general manager need to be removed from customer service because they have an extreme lack for it.
I started working at dunkin in march 2020 since working there i’ve been treated with but nothing disrespect both by customers and staff specifically Daniela Malku and Aries box. Not only are they disrespectful the establishment is extremely unclean and most products being served are expired or have been sitting out for hours when they should have been refrigerated and when I brought this to the manager Aries box attention I was told to use it anyways. They don’t care about your health they just want money. Donuts and food are always handled with no gloves and unwashed hands and none of the food is ever kept at the temp it should be so that a human can consume it . They don’t change coffee bags so whenever you get iced coffee there is mold or residue at the bottom and none of it is kept cool nor does it have a cover on top to stop bugs and debris from falling in. They very rarely deep clean and when they do it’s never at the level it should be. We are always extremely understaffed due to the fact that everyone keeps quitting because of poor management and treatment. Since starting there i’ve worked at the New berlin,Menominee and silver spring location and the same things happen at each location. I was recently wrongfully let go as a result of me not being able to work because of an emergency operation i had to get done on my tooth. I was removed from the schedule and taken out of the work chat with no explanation and when i tried to reach out I was flat out ignored by both aries box and daniela malku. I did provide a doctors excuse for one day and offered to get some for the following but I was ignored. I feel that i was terminated in a wrongful manner and it’s completely unfair. I’m tired of holding in these secrets and i’m fed up with how dunkin treats not only their workers but their customers as well.
We are traveling and stopped for coffee, placed three coffee orders and one was decaf, 4 or 5 people working behind the counter, waiting over 5 minutes for the decaf and still haven't received the third drink of decaf. When asked what's happening no one had any idea and even if they had decaf. Finally when someone made the third cup of decaf coffee and handed to us we asked if this was decaf and the individual can't recall. We just left the facility without the coffee and no refund. Very bad service.
