Wow, this was so bad I couldn’t force myself to finish the first piece. I ordered 2 pizzas for carry out.All of the toppings were in a pile in the center with the rest of the pizza just sauce, seriously. But the flavor! Worst in memory.I can’t pinpoint why but I suspect the ingredient are the very worst and cheapest of quality.Even my husband who will generally eat whatever to avoid throwing away money could only finish 2 pieces before the whole thing went in the trash.
My last 2 delivery orders to my dad's condo from this location the driver has called me from the lobby of the condo building and I've told them to dial the number on the board and I will buzz him in and the driver has told me "it doesn't work" and I walk to the front door and retrieve my order from the driver. Then dial the number from the board and my dad answers and buzzs the door. So much for it doesn't work. Seems like someone is willing to do half the delivery job but collect the while gratuity. Called restaurant to complain was passed to someone I assume was a supervisor or manager whi spoke to driver in background and told that he was told by the driver that the board to use to dial units wasn't lit up. (see attached photo) I explain to person on phone that the board is working fine as I tried it not even 10 seconds after the driver walked out of the lobby. Person on the phone tell me that the driver calling me and telling me a LIE about the door buzzer system not working when it WORKS is actually them making my delivery. Also told by person on phone that" the driver's try make delivery's as quick as possible so that can get back to the store to pick up more delivery's." WHAT ABOUT CUSTOMER SERVICE. No apology, no offer to make it right. So from now on me and as many of my friends and family as I can tell about this lousy service will make sure that WE DON'T ORDER FROM DOMINO'S EVER AGAIN.
Ordered 4 things off the $5.99 menu. Pizzas were good, got 2 and they let us put 4 toppings on one and just cheese on the other. The boneless wings were not so good, more like half wings, and one was about the size of a hummingbird egg. The Alfredo pasta was tasty, very small portion though. Overall, the $5.99 deal is good if you get pizzas.
Product consistency is problematic. No matter what I order Its overdone. Only the brownies never disappoint
After the 2 local Domino's had no toppings for our normal pizzas, the wife switched over to this one for a night we really wanted Domino's weeks ago. The wife has a special made pizza and this location has made it perfectly each time! Well worth the further drive to get the pizza that is made right the 1st time! I even brought this up last night while there to management.My options are go to the one 15 blocks from my house where pizza has to be remade and staff has poor attitude, or drive 10 minutes to this location where staff has been great and food has been perfect, so going to this location has been a no- brainer!
This dominos is beyond twisted. One of there workers came to my place of work threading me and screaming at me and my workers representing this dominos. And this person didn’t even get a slap on a wrist. Overall furious and is ridiculous.
This is the cleanest Dominos I have seen. Even the pizza was much better looking and uniform compared to other locations.
First time ordering wanted to get pizza for my employee's an we are 6 mins away an they charged my credit card for the order then called 30 minutes later but left a message cause I didnt answer due to bein busy at work sayin they couldnt deliver cause I wasnt in there area cause the address was a germantown but not knowing a message was left I called a hour in a half later wonderin what's up with the pizza order to get the bad news so I order from a diffrent location which was the germantown location I recommend them an they where quicker then the usual 30 to 40 mins I thought they tell you before hand when they cant deliver just wasted my time smh never again
Ordered from this location a lot, pizza, wings and bread bites are always tasty. Normally they’re always on top of things, but even if they do mess up (which is extremely rare, only had it happen once out of the many, many times I order here), they make it right. Highly recommend this location.
The bestest pizza ever!!! I love how they are so nice and always with a positive attitude and the food is never disappointing.
