Awful service!!!! I told the manger the employee was rude to me , She said" that doesn't sound like him. Wow!! So I will never return. The food is way to high in Price. I dont recommend this period. Update!!!!! I Went in again Recently Because My 15 Yr Old Begged Me for an Oreo Cake Ice cream Birthday cake. So I Did and I told the Manager What Happened last time and she apologized and For us the best cake She ordered and we picked up the next day. That Manager was Not the same Manager I met the first time. So I stand corrected. They turned themselves around. I Loved the cake and better service on 2nd shift.
The staff here is amazing. I walked to dairy Queen and on the way I dropped my debit card somewhere so when I ordered and went to pay I didn't have anything to pay with. I did try my Samsung pay and Google pay but it wasn't working. One of the employees who I think was the manager, she paid for my $16 order out of her own pocket and gave me the receipt and told me to come back at some point and pay. I mean, who does that? I'm sure she didn't think I was going to come back and pay because a lot of people probably would have done that. But I came back with cash 30 minutes later and paid her. The entire thing was just so nice and thoughtful of her. I have my three and four year old with so they would have been so disappointed if I couldn't have bought the ice cream.On another note, the service here is always extremely fast. Their drive-thru is never slow and overall it's just great service.
Ive ordered and didnt get all my order. I even asked the cashier is the extra fries in the bag, she takes the bag back, looks in it, walks away, puts it down for a few mins jus to give it back still without the extra fries. If you're not staff to get orders correctly then maybe you shouldn't be open. It took forever to get our food in the 1st place that I refused to turn around for the extra fry even though I paid for it.
I love Dairy Queen but this is why you're losing business DQ... Just visited this location and was so pumped to have some grill and chill- got my standard meal... 4 piece chicken strip basket with gravy on the side. As usual the chicken tenders were FIRE. However, the toast was soggy... its called toast not bread come on now. V dissappointing, also change the fryers cuz the fries tasted like bad fryer oil
Love this location. Overall: service is pretty good. Nice outdoor seating in the summer.
Poor service. There were 4 people working and they couldn't keep up. Disorganized. Messed up our order. Several people walked in, waited around for counter service for a while, and then walked out. It's obvious they are in desperate need of a decent manager.
Under staffed and not clean. Ordered on line so I wouldn't have to sit in drive through. There was no pick up area so had to wait in line for over a half hour to get my order and it all wasn't ready!??
Great service! Wish they were open dining again as the drive through line gets very long
Bought an ice cream cake. It was great at staying firm and frozen til cut. We even left it in the car because the party establishment had no place for us to keep it cold and it didn't melt/soften too fast. I still think the taste of the Dairy Queen ice cream has a funny after taste so I am impartial to any of their products with ice cream and can not provide >3 stars because of this.
Usually have good food but this time I got my food quick but I never saw them make my burgers and the fries tasted stale. I’m thinking they are making things ahead. The burgers were cold. Disappointed.
