Culver's is the best fast food around, hands down. A little more pricey than other fast food chains, but you get what you pay for - delicious burgers, cheese curds, and concrete mixers. Our favorite concrete mixers are (1) chocolate custard, oreo pieces, and marshmallow creme and (2) vanilla custard, Reeses peanut butter cups, and cookie dough pieces. This Culver's had friendly and fast service. We will be back!
Curdside service is awesome! Pints or quarts of FOD custard should be an option in the app.
Ordered a cheeseburger with ketchup and pickles…which there was hardly any on at all, bun was burned and dry, cheese was barely melted, and hamburger was burned. Had a few bites and I threw it out. Very disappointed. Last time I go there!!!
Google says Culvers drive thru is open until 11pm but it’s a lie. Just showed up at 9:58 to see a blockade spoil the chance to get ice cream tonight.
Great staff, even better food. They take the time to get it right every time.Highly recommend!
At 4:28 PM on a Sunday I placed an online order for curbside pickup with a pickup time of 4:45 PM. I checked in when I arrived at 4:46 PM. At approximately 4:55 I went into the store to see if I could just grab my order. I was told by a soft spoken employee working the register that they were, "slammed" and that "Sundays are really busy." She repeated this to every customer that walked up to the register or called the store.I left the store without food at approximately 5:15 PM. Thirty minutes after the food was supposed to be ready. We are fortunate enough to be able to afford takeout as a treat. In order to make a takeout dinner work with a two year old we stick to a schedule which doesn't factor in 30 wasted minutes + travel time with nothing to show for it.What I saw while in the store was a lot of hard working kids. No one looked above 20. No one was managing these kids and they were visibly overwhelmed. There was no triage, no directing work, and no guidance from someone who was clearly in charge. I don't fault the workers for returning home empty handed. I do fault the ownership. If Sunday is your busy day, have someone in charge to give these kids a chance to be successful during their shift.
Just went thru drive thru to get a concrete mixer. I ordered a salted Carmel with pecans. $6. They didn't put any salted Carmel in it. How do you miss putting in the main flavor. They charged $1 extra for the pecans and didn't add the Carmel which is included in the price.
I always have to like Culver's for being consistent with their quality of food for the first time I tried their Pot Roast Sandwich which was good had a lot of meat but it was kind of dry and it could use a gravy or some sort of au ju to compliment the sandwich!
Culvers is always great for lunch or dinner. This location is usually pretty good. Service is always friendly. Sometimes burgers are missing the fried onions but things happen. I just hate that they put raw onions on when you ordered grilled onions.
The customer a young lady was very respectful and patient and got my order right.it deserves ? ?. Even though I'm a long way from home it was good to know that there's still respectful ppl ?
