So very unexpected Kind and amazing customer service from The staff. Char who as I heard is new was Super Kind with a Big Beautiful smile. She wanted to help and serve the public. Good Job Jennifer the manager for Hiring a Woman like her to rep Cousins. Cousin's Corporate Hear this ,You Definitely need More Managers Like Jennifer so She can hire More Employees like Char. I Recommend Eating here...Food is Fresh and tasty.
I always go to this cousins and get a turkey sub and last night I went and got a full size turkey sub and it was 17 dollars! I asked if that was correct because it’s always like 10 dollars and the kid said yes so I paid and left. I got home and checked their website and saw that I definitely over paid… not sure what happened or why but it just is a bit frustrating. The food is very good though and I just will have to make sure to triple check on the price before paying!
Terrible. We got there at the beginning of lunch and the dinning room was already filthy. Not a single clean place to sit. If you told me the soda machine had never been cleaned I would believe it. I watched an employee scrap the every last bit of mayonnaise from the bottom of the container as if that was all they had or a pay raise was in the bottom. Despite her best efforts our sandwiches were very dry and poorly slapped together. Went back to the counter to ask for more mayo and they gave me several containers so they had plenty, don't know what the problem was? Filled out the survey on the receipt and was offered 2 free combos. Not in a rush to return but I will update this if and when I do.
I ordered a cheddar deluxe with beef…the bread was stale, there was no Mayo on the sandwich, it was overloaded with very strong onions, the beef had a lot of grizzly fat, where I had to spit out the sandwich in a napkin several times. And the French fries that my brother and I got were cold and very hard..like they were sitting there for a while. They were out of a lot of the soda products, booths were dirty…and this isn’t the first time this has happened for this location. Several times in the last few months. It will be the last time I visit that Cousins. Waste of money!!!!!!!
Used to enjoy coming to this location for the drive thru. Woman in drive thru seemed completely overwhelmed. Didn't get the correct soda I asked for. Service was just okay.
Waited for 30 monutes in drive thru no one answered. Drove up to the window and employees we arguring who is doing the drive thru. Employee looked at me and continued to argue with other employee. So i went into store to get manager, manager didnt do anything. I was really up set and will not be coming back to this store. I should of received my food free. Awful customer service!

Not bad, when they decide to be open. Closes early often, super dicey as to open/closed after 730pm. Hours not accurate on Google. Call first.
If I could less than one I would. The manager Shelton was very rude tonight to me and his own staff! It’s a hard world these days with staffing everywhere and to have a manager like him treating the people like garbage is very hard to see. I won’t be back at this location.
I think the gentleman who took my drive thru order was the manager. Very pleasant and professional. The sub was prepared right, and still warm when I got home.
