My experience of questionable service is with the 51st Brown deer rd location. I wasn't satisfied at all.
Order #194265054 Store 1137 6/8/21 3:49 pmI always order and p/u via drive-thru as I am disabled. Ordered as normal, got to store to find drive-thru closed. Parked outside front door in handicapped spot and called store. Team member said they do not do curbside and I had to come in. I told him I cannot come in and would need a credit and I would also be reporting the store to corporate. He yelled into the phone for a manger to assist as "customer was threatening to call corporate if credit not issued". Manager came on and was very rude. Told me drive thru closed for paving; told her nothing mentioned in confirmation email or online and that's not my problem. Advised her I was disabled and could not come in. She said I had to come in. Told her I wanted credit (I paid online), again stated I was disabled and the time it would take me to come in would not be worth my trouble or safety risk. She then told me she had no way to know what I ordered because online orders are different (don't know how they made it then!). told me to come to door and they would hand me bag. Advised them I was too far from door to be able to safely get there. After 15 minutes of debate she agreed to send team member out. Young man came out with my food (miracles! they found my order). I will never shop at cousin's again. 2nd time w/ this store. Last time they ran out of bread! This is the Cousin's on 65th and Greenfield in West Allis. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.
Hi, I always get my subs from Cousins in port Washington by the lake. I never had any problems with the staff, or management. Today, I ordered 3 subs. They said it would be about 30 minutes. I said that was ok. When I got there, I told them that I was early for my pickup, and it's ok if I had to wait. Low and behold, the gentleman said, your subs are already ready. The manager took my money, and thanked me for the support and order. The staff at this location, is literally the best. Thank you port!
I had to pick up a sandwich because they messed up my order, but when I got there the staff were questioning me as if they were in disbelief, and really didn't want to give me my sandwich. I was taken back and kind of offended, but I know everyone had a job to do. So, I looked past it. My sandwich still did not have extra mayo but it was good and fresh.
53172 branch store. I was unable to take advantage of the BOGO special because the app did not support the app info to be used on an online order. I ended up paying for entire order with CR card. And never got BOGO special. Your application is terrible for on line ordering. Does not support any special offer codes and takes my money with out the promo discount. The personnel in that store was very accommodating and understood the problem. I will be very surprised I use that app again. I will order by phone for now on...
I place a online order for curbside pickup get there call into the restaurant to get told oh you have to come in to get your food so I'm like what's the point of ordering online if I have to come in to get it I was asking the On professional manager name Angela at Midtown location.☹☹☹
Cousins on 160th and National has screwed up at least 1 sub per order in the past 3 years. I've spoken to management and they don't care! I was just there a week ago. I spoke to Nick and he blamed me for all 3 subs that had something wrong with them. Also, this store manager never returns phone complaints. I've contacted corporate via email and never get responses. I'm going to try again. My suggestion for you, avoid this location!
Moved from NH with only Subway, Cousins much better choice for good food
I've been enjoying your sandwiches for over 30 years. My favorite location as a kid was on south Kinnickinnic Ave ,and now from West allis location on Greenfield ave to the the Layton ave location in Greenfield. I've made many stops at the location on 51st and Howard ave ,but never will again. The staff was rude and the "so called manager" might as well have been a dish washer as far as we could've known. Very unperfessional. We chose to spend the extra money because we enjoy your food and luckily your Greenfield location was a better experience, but if my fiance is disrespected again about her order we will definitely not be returning.
