Do not go to this Chipotle staff is beyond rude had their kids in there running around having attitudes and would not service us because they supposedly had a Covid-19 outbreak! The outbreak is totally understandable but their online order is still open and they refuse to cancel the order. Just gave us a number to call to cancel it cause we couldn’t online where the order was placed! I would rate 0 stars but I was forced to put a star just to write this review. I’m definitely calling corporate!!!

Went here for dinner to get food for my mom and I a while ago. The food was good and the workers were friendly toward their customers. I had no issues with my food and neither did my mom. I was in less than ten minutes and I was satisfied with my order. I will be returning hopefully soon because chipotle is one of my favorite fast food places.

There are good food days and bad food days sometimes with this location, doesn't stop me and my parent from going every time we are out visiting family close by. But after today I don't think we'll be coming back after I took at most 2/3 bites from my bowl and noticing something on top just odd formed. As I looked closer I noticed it was a bug. We took it back and my mom was nice about it because she understands just for the employee to give her attitude about the problem and told her that they don't do refunds and she would have to call the 1-800 number.

It was not a good experience. I believe there is free food coming out of this place. Young men giving free burrito bowls to the girls that are working at Noodles and Company. That is next door. The lady that checked us out, I believe she was high. She was mumbling. And talking to a baby doll and holding it. Which she got from the girls at Noodles and company. Propably some school project. But still you dont bring to work.. I'm sorry.. My wife and I were like where is the manger or someone that would take some responsibility. To train these young people. There was no one. Just very disappointing and upsetting. Tables and chairs not clean. Just a very bad.

Ordered online roughly 11 am with a 12:10 pickup. Husband gets there at 11:55. Food is sitting. Gets home 12:05...still 5 mins BEFORE our scheduled pickup time. It is apparent that our food has been sitting since order placement. The lettuce and spinach has become slimey. The guacamole is brown on the outside. Guac lovers know that doesnt happen right away. The entire bowl is swimming in liquid that likely accumulated during the cooling of the food and resulting condensation. The temperature of all items in the bowl is uniform. Cold items and hot items have come to a uniform room temperature.The entire meal was thrown in the garbage.The whole point of a pickup time is so your staff can schedule accordingly. The point is not to make someone's food an hour in advance to sit in an uncontrolled and unsafe temperature...this is how you make people sick! What a waste of food, energy, and money. Never order ahead. The concept is great but the workers clearly don't care about anything other than clearing their order queue. THINK PEOPLE!!

First off all staff members weren’t wearing masks and weren’t very clean in handling of food. But came here and they wouldn’t sell me tortilla chips because they “reserved” them for possible future online orders… sort of defies logic & if this is a common practice maybe tell your in store customers that BEFORE they order. Also they didn’t have any lids for the bowls, they were using foil…

Staff is nice. Food is good. My favorite is their sofritas.

I only do pick-up orders, and they are always ready on time. Unfortunately, what I pick up is very very inconsistent each time. See photo for the last order I picked up (looks half eaten). Must depend on who is working and how generous they are feeling. “Manager” offered a refund but couldn’t actually refund the money, then when asked if there’s a corporate number of some sort she said she wasn’t even aware there was a corporate…

As the spouse of a diabetic, I was disappointed that they no longer served cauliflower rice. Serving size is less than it once was.

That how much freaking meat i got. I order a half and half and they didn't even put chicken in it. Not once not twice but 3rd time. I am done with this chipotle. I rather have a walmart salad. So disappointed. Worst chipotle ever. Who TF just put 2 piece of meat in there food. Paid $10 for Nothing. Don't recommend going there anymore.
