This location is OUTSTANDING!! The staff is great and Manager Michelle exudes pure leadership. It’s almost like a symphony in there. Even when new staff is hired and in training, they seem to all gel together to make a great customer experience. Thank You Menomonee Falls!
Our family dined for the first time at this Chick-fil-A location and we were very impressed. We had a very large group serviced before us and it was as if there wasn't one at all. The crew working was fast, efficient, and worked well as a team. They were also very friendly. Well done! We will be back again.

I normally love Chick-Fil-A, and have had a great experience in the drive thru in the past. But this time while the food was great, the staff just didn't feel like they wanted to be there. I get it, late on a Saturday afternoon, a lot of people would rather be off work.But there were zero clean tables, and I almost gave up on trying to get a refill. I can get over it when a business is under-staffed, but the employees (outside of our cashier) were kind of hanging out just monitoring the dining room or hanging out at the expo counter.
Food was awesome, however the staff acted like a bunch of high school kids. Waited in line for almost 10 minutes for a refill until I realized it was easier to go to another restaurant and get a new soda then refill my existing. Very disappointing since they are normally better than any other restaurant out there and taking care of their patrons
Wasn't the best Chick Fil- A Ive patronized. Young lady brunette hair seemed to be distracted. Cobb salad was nothing but lettuce. They threw a few toppings in it 2 pieces of chicken, little corn little this and that. Waffle fries they tossed a couple in a medium cup. Due to how I felt I kept going. I wouldn't come back. Prices are not cheap for what I was given on 03-29-2022.
Everyone that works at the Menomonee Falls Chick Fil A deserves a pat on the back. The employees are always pleasant, friendly, and professional & the food is always hot and fresh. I frequent this location 2-3 times a week and I have NEVER received an incorrect order. Love this place!
Chick-fil-A is great! Food was hot and fresh. They have the best drive thru service that was ever invented. It's quick and runs efficiently. The staff is always nice, friendly, amazing, and accommodating. You can even order lunch during breakfast time, if you do not mind waiting. Even though you know you have to wait, they bring you gift cards and apologizes for taking so long. Great Customer Service!!! I want every restaurant in the US to take a page out of Chik-fil-A training book and start learning how to treat your customers. Keep up the great work!
I have been to many Chick-fil-A's. This is the only location that I've had things missing from my order. I usually order 2 Cobb salads and a drink. The 1st time they forgot my drink (easily noticable and able to run back in to grab it). Then the next two times, they forgot the toppings to my salads. I usually don't check my bag because Chick fil a is pretty good at placing your whole order in. But now that they've forgotten something for the 3rd time in a row, I'll be checking my bag. It's just disappointing to get all the way home to find out all you have is a bowl of lettuce and sliced nuggets.
Management must have changed in the past 2 weeks. Go there a few times a month. Been there twice in the last week and i think I'm done. They have mixed up my order twice before but were always friendly when i would go back for them to fix. This time i got an attitude from a female "director" like she was doing me a favor by getting my order right. I'm tired of hearing employee shortage from covid for an excuse to be rude! I only wanted what i paid for. In the past the man who fixed my order was apologizing the whole time. He was very nice! I think their management team needs to take lessons from the employees on how to be friendly!!!
