If I could have given 0 stars I would have- absolute terrible location. Terrible food quality and management. This location needs to be shut down. I would love to get a refund for the $17 worth of food I just received that was old and disgusting but this location LOVES to not give you a receipt. Go anywhere else but here.
I feel sorry for Manager Bill. He is kind, always gets my order correct, but is working with people who don't care about customer at all. When he isn't working service is terrible.
If you paid a better wage I’m sure you’d have more than two people showing up to work trying to juggle everything. They were doing their absolute best, and I guarantee they aren’t paid enough for the effort they displayed.
Never has shakes available, didn't have Dr Pepper this place is terrible.

don’t eat here there was nobody in drive-through line just me they got my whole order wrong they forgot to put my chicken nuggets in the bag and my french fries and then when I went back to the drive-through window because I didn’t know you can go inside because the door is always locked .I asked can I get my chicken nuggets and fries they’re not in the bag and the guy that came to the window had very bad attitude and said you could come to the front door to get your food and then when I came to the front door to get my food he just handed me the food and didn’t even apologize for the food not being in the bag. they need to get different management and different employees they don’t know what they’re doing.
Service was fast. Crew was cordial. Original chicken sandwiches and Whoppers are still good.
I thought i had lost my debit card and the last place I had been was BK. I called and the manager, Michael, took my name and I gave him the card details. Within 5 minutes he called me back and said he had it in the safe! Its good to know that there are honest employees there. He even asked if I would Iike soda on him. Was not his fault. I need to pay more attention. God bless Michael and thanks
Used delivery option through burger King app and got a doordash driver named April and I was missing half my order. So I had to go get my order remade, the food that got delivered was cold and the drinks that were supposed to be soda tasted like flavored water. L location
Apparently closes at 7:30PM in the evening. This information should be updated EVERYWHERE so customers do not waste their time visiting the location.
