Today I went to Applebees with my daughter and her friends to celebrate her 14th birthday. I was the only adult there, we sat there for over 45 minutes waiting to find a table close enough to each other since they couldn’t sit 7 people. A guy with locs in his hair said he will try to find something for us after 45 minutes he comes back and says the manager did we can’t be seated. While we were sitting there prior to this they sat a group of people and let a group of young girls sit at another table with no adult attended. When i asked the Manager with the colored hair if she could accommodate us she said that she said there is a rotation and i asked her if she can check to see if she sat us with one server and who was up next if they were closes, she refused i used ti be a server for many years so i know it was possible to do so. I also offered to tip both service more money isn’t an issue, The manager didn’t do anything my to accommodate us and gave me an poor excuse while lying in my face saying there had to be an adult at the table with the teens when there wasn’t one at mother table with a group of people that came in together. If i was able to give a negative star I would. So we went to chili’s and was accommodated without an issue.
Wow! I'm fairly surprised! This place used to be awful. Service was horrible, inside was dirty, food was lacking. They remodeled the inside to be more modern, the service was on point (there was one server to our area and he totally owned it!) and the food was much better than it was last time we stopped here.
Stephanie was our waitress this evening. She was very friendly - actually made us feel at home and it's been a very long time since we felt that way. Food was delicious and my husband even ordered food to go. Thank you so much Stephanie, we will definitely be back
We arrived and it took several minutes for anyone to acknowledge us at our table. The waitress was not friendly, and actually bordered right on rude. When we ordered two glasses of wine and she wasn’t sure that they had either one of them in stock. About 10 minutes later we still had not received our wine and it took another 3 to 4 minutes after asking about it to get it. The food when it finally arrived was decent enough, but I definitely will not be going back to this restaurant again
Came for my daughter's Birthday at 8pm, was told the wait was about an hour, yet there was no one waiting to be seated.Ridiculous, did everyone sitting JUST show up and was JUST seated?Well things like this make Applebee's a dying entity in the restaurant business.
The waitress was very friendly and the food was good.The waiter we had today for my sons bday was very nice and helpful.
The Fish and Chips was good, surprisingly.The beer list is a big turn-off, and it has been this way at Applebee's for as long as I've known there were Applebee's.Our waitress seemed as if she had somewhere else she'd rather be, and forgot one of our drinks.
We had a very nice lunch. Our waitress seemed a little over whelmed, she forgot my husband's drink. Other tables could be heard yelling to the waitress for drinks and ketchup.
Walked in and was instantly greeted by the young man stating “we aint serving no fried foods just so yall know and ain’t nothing on the menu worth eating”Proceeded to be seated and he was walking through the establishment stating “he aint taking no more tables so he don't know what the staffs going to do” along with several other staff members stating they’re about to go this is 4pm on a Friday afternoon!!! They all proceeded ranting throughout the facility not only myself and children sitting but 6 other tables with families sitting as well! This is unacceptable and I’ve never experienced this as we dine here on a regular! Really need to replace a lot of those workers and make things sail smooth again!
Great food. Great location.I like the warm cozy appearance around the inside of this restaurant.Nice places like this should be open 24 hours.
