Dine in order, told 20 min it ended up being almost 50. Not much of a line when we ordered but then we watched pick up order after pick up order being filled. You gotta do a better job fitting dine in orders into the incoming online ones. Felt like Door Dash orders got priority over people that bothered to come to the store themselves. Food was good though.

Worse Wing Stop experience ever ! I work nights ? so I went straight there from work arrived at 10:22 am so I was a little early. Sat in my car waiting ✋️ for them to open only to have them open 11 mins late. I go in the young man behind the counter asked if I was there to pick up a online order, I tell him no I needed to place an order. He says they only take online order's I tell him that it's not on the website but OK. He says they have no cashier so I ask for a manager but he tells me there is none on duty. He turns & says something to the cook then tells me he can only take cash I asked how can he only take cash if there is no cashier. He doesn't respond he says he's sorry but he can only take cash . I tell him I have been waiting for over 40 mins he says he can't take my order so I guess ? I won't be going back there EVER.

Loaded fries were delicious, got some tasty wings. It was my wife's first time having Wingstop and she loved it.

None of the employees speak English and can’t help with a single thing. They are literally not capable of taking any orders that are not Spanish. What a USELESS staff and establishment. This is the second time I’ve been treated rude for trying to order from here. Wing stop will literally hire anybody. Must of gotten hit hard from Covid so they needed cheap labor??‍♂️?

My 1st experience with wing stop didn't goSo well for me but I must say David the manager on regent st went above and beyond to make it right and I will truly be back # very Happy customer

I am a frequent WingStop customer but had a terrible experience at this location. I like to give companies the benefit of the doubt, but I felt like I was obligated to share my experience here. My order had the wrong sauce despite being correct on the receipt and my fries were cold, saugy, and underseasoned. After attempting to reach the restaurant several times via phone I never received an answer. I usually hesitate to write reviews on here but this one was entirely deserved. I will continue to buy from WingStop but I will never return to this location and will share with others. Would rate 0 stars if I could.

Kinda sucks when you show up to a sign on the door saying they only accept online orders then when you try to order online it says they aren’t taking orders online. They also don’t answer the phone when the dude was standing there in the lobby. We had to bang on the door and the dude finally got up and said “ closed” like bruh there wasn’t a sign.

I'm assuming the dining room is closed because of COVID and that's also why they only let you order online. All this defeats the purpose when the employees don't wear masks.I was also not impressed with the fact my order wasn't ready in spite of ordering ahead. The wings themselves were so overdone that they were dry and very crunchy. The fries were also very greasy and soggy.All in all very unprofessional

Placed an online order. Was told 20mins. Arrived to pick up that order about 25 minutes after the order was placed. Stood in the restaurant for an additional 45 minutes waiting for said order.Before my order was prepared I asked could my money be refunded so that I could leave and not wait any longer. I was told by one of the staff, that they weren't able to refund the card that was charged because they didn't know how.No staff present had the knowledge of the cash register. I asked, how would one order food walking in from the street. I was informed they would be able to help them and the hypothetical person/s would need to order online only.No one had the number to Management either.About 15 minutes had past from the conversation. Order finished....Ridiculous.
