My how far this mall has dropped off. This used to be THE place in Madison to shop. There were high end stores, a full food court, restaurants galore & a comfortable atmosphere. Now the food court has 5 low end food places, there are no quality restaurants within 2 miles of this place. The building is a dump, the hvac barely works. Most of the stores that are still there are humid & uncomfortable to shop in during the summer. The owners of this property should be ashamed of what they've let it become.
The girl at Straight Ahead stopped me as I was walking by and showed me the new flat iron and i loved it! I bought one a few minutes later and will definitely be coming back
For Madison to be this city that is supposedly recruiting the best talents and offering the best jobs across the midwest and so forth they sure need to get a better mall with better options. Trash! I shop in Milwaukee.

This mall is a great place to shop sit down and enjoy a great meal in the food court. Every since the pandemic it not hype like it use to be.
Let me first start off by saying the place I'm complaining about dont have a listing for the mall. It's called TACO ADA located beside steak escape. It was the worst experience I have ever had in my life we ordered 2 meals n a drinks they understood what we said when ordering then paid for it. The rude mexican woman put some chips in a box and put some runny meat they must use one can of beans and add 3 quarts of water to it n stir it. Everything was so watery it was so disgusting I refuse to even take it n they refused to give me my refund even tho I never received or touched any thing we argued back n forth we called the police DO NOT EVER EAT ATTHIS PLACE oh the sour cream is like milk I'm surprised this place exists it womt for long I'm sure
West Towne Mall is a great option for shopping, I visit Banana for my jeans and finally we have a decent medical uniforms store in Madison, Scrubs Boutique and More inside the mall.
Came to my local mall And saw a scrubs store had to walk in there! I was so impressed they have a variety of styles an brands as well as plus size and even pants in petite,regular, an talls. The store was super clean an organized so impressed the employees were super friendly an helpful I will be coming back for-sure!!
