This wendy's is somehow the worst wendy's. I constantly have issues with missing or wrong items. They also close early for seemingly no reason all the time. This makes ordering online almost impossible because they can't say when they close early, so I have to wait 2 hours to realize I have to get food from somewhere else.
Best Wendy's I've been to. They get your order right and they get it fast. Nothing to complain about for a fast food place. The staff is always friendly and the line usually moves pretty quick.
Usually nice and pleasant staff. But prepare to spend 20+ minutes in drive thru. One time I ordered a meal and they handed me an empty bag and said here you go lol
This team does good here. Considering even on a Monday they will get lines of 12+ at a time and Noone is fully staffed anymore.Thank you guys for making good food. I appreciate you.
Great service rep. She was pleasant and friendly. Unfortunately my fries were not hot and my frosty was 2/3 of a cup full and my burger was just warm.
Some of the friendliest staff I've ever interact with in a Drive-Thru.The person who was taking my order made one small joke that brighten up my day.And he had such nice glasses!
I was here twice. Both times asked for sandwich without bacon and they dint honor the request. Food was badly packed and is not worth what we paid for. I felt McD was better.
No stars for the manager tonight she was very rude unprofessional and needs retraining on customer service or a non lead posititon. She closed early not caring that an order was already accepted.
The staff is not as professional as you would like. The food is usually cold. Went there about a week ago and have no plans on going back. They seemed under staffed, which I understand, so expect a wait.
Love it here, great food and great service too! Always hot and fresh.
