Mediocre food and poor service for a slightly high price. Worker at the bar was helpful and attentive - the only high point. Based on the experience here we won't be back to any Wahlburgers in the future.
Breakfast was terrible. Eggs ok. Potatoes and bacon burnt. Got oancakes. No syrup and butter. Water without Nice. Had to ask for ice after came to full it after empty for 10 minutes.
Wow what a tragedy!! They have no idea what they are doing! I’m speechless, a kindergartner could run this place better. We were sitting here waiting for our food that our server awkwardly turned into kitchen over 20 mins before and she literally came back and asked us to pay and we haven’t even got our appetizer yet. What?!?! Who pays at a restaurant before the food is delivered….Server keeps complaining about being in pain and the bartender is lounging and talking sports with the only two other patrons in the place and ignoring her complaining. Madison Wahlburgers is a complete failure! Really! No one knows what they are doin and they are fighting w each other. The waitress has obviously never waitressed before and the bartender doesn’t seem anymore competent. If you’ve read this and other reviews like it and your finding yourself regretting it like am….. it’s on you bro!!
Great food and service, ambiance could be better.We went around 5pm on a Friday night. The ambiance wasn't stellar, but the staff was friendly and the food was great. I thought their cheese curds and sauce were especially good as well as the tator tots. The kids meal chicken fingers were adult-sized and delicious. I'm not sure what all the bad reviews are about. We will definitely be going back.
I really wanted to like this place. I saw all of the poor reviews and thought the service might not be great but I figured the food would be worth it. My wife ordered our food. First, they gave our order to the wrong people. A half hour later, we received our food but they only gave us half the food we ordered/paid for so we had to bring it back again. We are frustrated at this point. We just asked for our money back. An hour after we first ordered and now we are looking for a place to finally get some food to eat.
I was not very impressed with the service my friends and I experienced last night. We were out celebrating my friend and sister in laws birthday's hoping for a some good food and service but got neither ?. Very disappointed with the way things we handled.Our server talked about smoking weed, about other jobs he has had, he stated that he was not Mark Wahlburger and doesn't have all the money (was not sure where that came from). We had a table of 7, and it took over an hour for us to get our drinks. To top it off , most of the drinks that we ordered they did not have ingredients for. Our food was messed up, when we finally did get it. BBQ Burger had no BBQ on it, fiesta burgers had no spice to it, crispy chicken sandwich was a grilled chicken. One person in our group got their food 15 mins after everyone else.The $130 bill was not worth it.Most definitely was a way worse experience than I had in Vegas.
We came and ordered a BBQ burger with tater tots and a double decker with french fries and some cheese curds. 10 minutes of waiting and the server comes with the chef with my BBQ burger and FRENCH FRIES but not the other burger, the server tells the chef that we are the people with the other burger and tator tots, he tells us it will be 1-2 minutes. 30 minutes goes by with no word on the burger, I get up and go ask what is going on to find out that the chef never started the meal because they ran out of cheescurds, But didn’t inform employees about the Absence of cheescurds. Then the manager Couldn’t refund my card and ran me around the store to figure it out just to hand me a 10 dollar bill and some change. The chefs didn’t even acknowledge their mistake instead the head chef sat and cracked jokes about the situation while our chef through a tantrum and started throwing around his cooking utensils. the food was decent but I didn’t enjoy it warm, instead I ate it cold while my girlfriend had hers come late. Do not buy the milkshake it is basically just thick sweet milk no ice cream/icy ness.
Not sure what the hype is about?$15 for the Our burger? Seriously, Perhaps if this was Elsa's in Milwaukee where your paying that amount for excellent ambience and service like none other but this is inside a grocery store for pete's sake!The burger was underwhelming to say the least and I doubt Ill try anything else in the near future. Perhaps if you are Octomom and can feed all kids for free I might see the upside!The burger market is so overly saturated you need to be doing something extremely creative or have some sort of draw to make you not drive down East Wash where there are probably 20 other choices in a 10 block radius.I think I'll stick with the Eagles Nest where I can split a fairly priced burger with a family of four (1# plus bacon) or continue to support Brothers 3 whose half pounder is always A1 and comes with a side of some of the best clam chowder I have ever tasted.Besides this the show based on this business is just obnoxious garbage.Paul is about as annoying as they come and the entire thing is just more Kardashian like cheese.How about Hyvee just build a little patio off the nice bar area and movethe nice charcoal grills on over and cookout burgers and brats like them sometimes do in the summer?Meanwhile maybe Marky Mark can just hand out cash to his corny brothers and stop tarnishing his reputation. I am no hollywood exec but I dont think Arie Gold would think this is the best way to become an A lister.
Wow over rated, over priced and way under whelmed. Save your money. Go to culver's and get a better burger. Fries and onion rings were so over greasy. Maybe oil wasn't hot enough. Waste of 40.00 for 2 burgers, a Fries and a drink. Never again.
It saddens me to say we had a rather terrible experience Saturday night 3/5/22 when a group of 7 of us went to have my Birthday dinner, I had been to Whalburgers in Las Vegas and the experience was wonderful so when I found one close to me I wanted everyone to have the great food and time that we had there but instead we were met by a rather obnoxious manager who did invite us in then proceeded to tell us how he has only been here 2 days, which we were told about 20 times and that he didn't really know anything. There were only a few people working at all and this manager was running all over talking to much about things he shouldn't have been talking about, at one point he said you guys ok I have to take my son some food and left, at this point we still didn't even have drinks yet which took over an hour then we all got the same drinks because he said he didn't have the things he needed to make the drinks. Our food was not good either my bun was burnt and it was a BBQ burger with no BBQ sauce, one of our people didn't get her food untill 15 minutes after everyone else, the eggrolls were over cooked.Very sad 2 1/2 hour Birthday dinner, very disappointing I hope someone see this and sends back-up to Wisconsin to get this problem fixed because I would love to have a great time like I did in Vegas. Sad in Wisconsin ?
