Nice hidden gem! This is the best Vietnamese sandwiches I’ve had, definitely better than anything I can find in Chicago! The ingredients were high quality, you can tell that they take great pride in their food. The meat portions in the sandwiches were generous and the herbs were perfectly fresh and crunchy. I did not try their pho but it is on the to-do list for when I’m in Madison again.

Best bánh mì thịt in Madison. The pork slices are nice and thick. Great house pâte and viet mayo. Also bonus: probably the only place in Madison for Bún bò huế and its pretty freaking good.Update, 8 months later : This is still one of my favorite place to order from for Vietnamese food. Their Nem Nướng Nha Trang rolls is so yummy. The sauce that comes with it is very unique and not the usual boring peanut sauce. Unfortunately I took off 1 star because I have noticed inconsistencies in their food. Sometime the banh mi would have all the fixings, sometime not. Sometime the nem rolls would have the crunchy egg roll skin, sometime not. Sometime the tendon are well cleaned and cooked, sometime it tastes funny. The quality of the food is great but missing the little details is disappointing.

The pho was amazing. The view sub was fresh and delicious. All their drinks are worth a try, either mango smoothie or brown sugar boba. I’ll definitely be going back

This place is opened during pandemic, so I sympathize with them.Spring rolls were tasty. No pork is included at Vietnamese kitchen in their rolls. Pho number 8 was fine. For my taste I enjoy better the one at Saigon Noodles. However, this is my personal preference. I can’t say it was bad. It had a slight hint of raw pig feet at grocery store. The ambiance is simple, no music. You need to place your order at the counter.Large selection of boba smoothies, most people who walked in while I was dining in ordered smoothies to go.I’d recommend to give it a try, possibly you might find it great. What I did not appreciate is that water served in foam cups that is so harmful for the environment and doesn’t biodegrade easily.

Love this place for a quick Bahn Mi -- apparently I need to try their pho too! Their boba is excellent and they have a ton of options for various boba-style drinks.

Found this place by sheer luck. I was very hesitant to stop and grab some food, but my husband and I love Laotian/Vietnamese food. I was blown away by the food and great service! I can't wait to go back. My Hmong husband who brags constantly about his mom's authentic Pho, thought that the pho was better here. We also had a spring roll unlike anything we have ever had anywhere. Not sure the name of the spring roll. Service was awesome! Menu manageable. Facility large and clean. Masking and distancing were great! Excited to go back soon! Great job!

Went there on Sunday afternoon, 12/26/2021, with my family of 6. Eating-sitting area was good size. Was surprised why it was empty (now I know why). You have to order before sitting, which was fine since I’ve been to these down south and didn’t have a problem with it. Upon looking at their menu, pho prices was $15 each (at least the one we got were). Kinda pricey I thought but we’d give it a shot. I was thinking that costs as much as pho on the Vegas strip! Ordered 3 pho, vermicelli dish, 2 bahn sandwiches, and 2 boba teas (they ran out of boba) and it came up to roughly $120 plus tip. Bean sprouts were old and lime was as well (bitter and soggy). Everything we had was less than okay. I understand restaurants need help these days and trying not to complain too much but let’s just say we simply ate because we were hungry and Saigon was closed that day. Nothing amazed me nor would we return. Perhaps it’s just me but the taste wasn’t there for me and my family. I hope they survive but with the prices and taste, not sure if they will. Please go support this restaurant and others but this place just wasn’t for me.

Disappointed at this place.. order a Large pho #8 ..Once i receive my order gosh sooo many liquid. I also recive bad Bean sprouts (Come on when amart just next to you get some.fresh one).Waste money..the young guy that working also look lazy as well not sure if he have bad day or not!!!!Take ur money to somewhere else. Maybe world buffet pho still better than viet kitchen combination pho!!!

Really nice atmosphere. It has a lot of seating space as well. Kind and hard working staff. They do a good job on their pho as well and the banh mi sandwiches are nice and crunchy. Lastly what a lot of people talk about as well is their boba, aka Bubble Tea. I like it, its good.I know that I can always come back here as well.Thank you.
