I usually order from here often. Often enough to get rewards. I'm a regular customer of toppers not even just at this specific location. I ordered NACHO topperstix. When I got my stix there was no nacho cheese on them whatsoever. So I called to let them know that I didn't have any cheese on the specifically named nacho stix. I was not rude I might add. I went into the call expecting great service because that's what I usually get. Instead the man answering the phone was rude and made a snide comment saying, "ohhhh I'll just stop the whole show here so you can tell me what it is you would like me to do about it". He ended up putting a credit on my account. However, that being said I've never had a bad experience with toppers ever in the 10 years I've been a customer. But today threw me off a little. I wasn't calling to be mean or spiteful, the man working tonight acted as if I was a fly in his water. I paid for nacho stix and the stix didn't have any nacho cheese on them. Just so happens to be my favorite part of the stix. I understand that to some this isn't that big of a deal. But to me, I paid for this with my hard earned money, and have also been a customer for just over a decade. I do not appreciate the attitude or the rudeness of the man who answered the phone tonight. A simple, " oh no I'm so sorry, would have sufficed, or a how can we make it up to you, or let me offer you this" would have worked. Instead he decided to be snotty and rude. Normally this place is 5 stars. Tonight it's a 3 so I rated it accordingly. I hope the guy working tonight understands that all he had to do was say sorry. It was that easy, no matter how busy you are. It's all about customer service and tonight was a fail. Upon hanging up he said something rude as we just really disappointed in the service tonight overall.
Placed a order online at 11pm, 2 hours later the website says it is still baking so we call to cancel the order. We have called over 8 times and we have been hung up on every time. I have never been treated like this and I will never order from this location or business again. Unbelievable and disappointing. I highly recommend never ordering from here.
Walked in and order 2 med pizzas. Was told 20 mins I come back 30 mins and am told 10 more mins it was15. Other stores can cook it with in 15 mins. Girl was cold and unapologetic for the 50 min wait time I STOOD IN REASTURANT waiting the whole time.
I don’t know who keeps this place in business but everything on the menu is straight up disgusting. Never again. Do not waste your money on this. You’d be better off baking frozen pizza at home.
Nicest. Staff. Ever. And the only place to get food on the west side at night. Idk who the two were working when I went in on my 2 am breaks but they made my night. They were so nice!!!!! ❤️❤️
Service was great! I ordered 42 pizzas for a large event, and everything went smoothly from start to finish. The gentleman taking the order was very polite and ensured everything was ready to be picked up at the right time. He even helped move all 42 pizzas into my car for me. Would highly recommend!
Pizza is tasty and delivered fast and on time. Crusts are really good. Toppings too. Friendly staff when calling to order.
I’ve never normally have a problem with this location, but I ordered curbside pick up like I normally do. The reason I did curbside pick up wasbecause I’m sick and I didn’t feel comfortable going inside. I confirmed that I was there two different times and nobody came out to give me my order so I actually had to go inside to pick up. I didn’t realize curbside pick up didn’t ACTUALLY MEAN curbside pick up.
Tasty as usual. Not just best pizza but best price. Dominos was a favorite until a friend introduced me to Toppers. Now I haven't had Dominos in years. I will admit, if you log in and try contact us/toppers.com, they wont respond so that communication I would give a 1 star. But as far as the pizza goes for each of their little shops I give a 5 star.
Just ordered the TopperStix breadsticks. Good (tasty), but not good value. For 8 TopperStix and two ranch dips cost $8.78 plus tax!
