Tried to order online and it declined all of the corporate cards, then tried calling and was hung up on multiple times. Love their pizza but their customer service is not that great. Last time we ordered they were over an hour late and forgot our sodas. The driver said they would send us coupons, but we never received them. Super disappointing!
Why is it that every time we try to order from this location our order gets cancelled for no reason? We know for sure we have money on our card so the fact that they're still open according to Google but couldn't even get through to anyone on the phone is a great way to lose valuable customers. I'm surprised this place hasn't been shut down yet.
We ordered pizza online and did curbside pick up. We texted “here” as directed when arrived and parked in designated spots. There were only 1 available spot as the employees were parked there. One gentleman came out in his “yup I’m essential” shirt smoking his e-cig … saw us parked as he retrieved something from his vehicle (parked in one of the curb side spots) we then waited 10 mins for someone to bring the pizzas out. So I went in to the same guy - back to me and another customer waiting to pick up the pizzas as he placed stickers on boxes. Never turned to greet us, after a few minutes said “be with you in a sec”. Then he walked to back and grabbed someone else. They came up and began making pizzas then turned to see us standing there and came over to help us . Worst customer service ever!
They honestly have good food, but I’m giving it two stars because:1. They delivered us “cinnamon sticks” but it was just baked bread. No cinnamon, no toppings.2. Called multiple times. They would answer and tell me they were busy and to order online and hang up. Like how were we supposed to tell them they gave us the wrong pizza?3. After calling several times, my husband had to yell, “stop hanging up on me,” and explained to them what happened.4. When we got our new pizza, found pieces of meat on my cinnamon sticks…
Ordered online. Order was to be ready between 5:34 and 5:46. Stood at the counter for 25 minutes to be served. After 5 minutes of getting ignored, I thought I could make a game of it. Don't think it would be nearly half an hour of watching the guys in the kitchen walk past me, and hang up on customers calling in.So I'm waiting. Sharing my opinions with the Internet, hoping someone notices this, because the guys behind the counter certainly aren't noticing me, waiting up pick up my pizza that is now getting cold, presumably.
Got to the store and the door was lock so I call and no one picks up. I text the curbside pick up number they said they will bring my food out then saw a pizza driver open the door. Waited 10 min no one bring my food out. Finally I went inside and try to pay for the food with cash. Staff did not know how to use the cash register so end up paying with card. Grab my pizza and my pizza is not even hot anymore.
I would give this location zero stars if that was an option. Just moments ago, I experienced the worst customer service of my life. Here’s what happened:I called this store to cancel an order placed on accident to this location, but when the Toppers employee picked up the phone, she proceeded to tell me “Welcome to Toppers pizza. Unfortunately we are busy at the moment, please place your order online.” They IMMEDIATELY hung up the phone before I had the chance to respond. I have been a member of The Upper Crust Society (UCS) for years and have had zero problems with the Regent Street location. It is extremely unfortunate that I experienced such poor service… how can you not spare a few moments to address a customer concern? Absolutely PATHETIC Toppers (East Washington), do better!
I wish I could give zero. Since there's no delivery driver they just cancel your order and don't bother to call and tell you. I would have gladly been like, yes, I'll come pick them up if they would have called me for the inconvenience of not having a driver. Have more common sense.
Yesterday, Sunday afternoon, my son and I placed our order. The young man was polite, professional. Our order was fast and efficient. I had no idea, he was handling the entire store alone. Despite that He had a great attitude. Thank you Tyrone.attitudes
Ordered online for pickup at 12:45am. Arrived at store and they were closed despite the website confirming the order. I called the store as there was someone still inside. The call was hung up immediately. I called again hoping to get them to refund/cancel my order, and the employee answered annoyed "unfortunately toppers is closed" and hung up before I could say anything.
