The staff was super friendly and attentive. My Room was beautiful and very clean. Room service was quick , and delicious and it was a 90 second walk to the Orpheum theater that we were in town to see a show for. I also really appreciated that the room floors require a key for the elevator as they had a convention going on and lots of non overnight traffic in the hotel. I couldn’t ask for more and will definitely stay again if I come into town.
Enjoyed our stay. Wanted to point out they have a REAL sauna and pool hours are 5AM-11PMIf you really enjoy the hot tub/ pool area I HIGHLY recommend booking a "poolside" room.They only have 3 of those specific rooms but when they are avail I suggest you book it :)
I attended the CEA conference on Monday and Tuesday this week. When I went to leave the parking garage, my card was declined and I couldn't pay. One of the incredibly generous staff used their extra ticket to help me out. I was so embarrassed, I left without getting her name. Such a gracious act! I wish I could give you a better shout out. You are awesome!
Was there for a multi day conference, I did not stay at the hotel overnight so can speak only of their banqueting.Food was ok. Facilities were above average. Service was excellent.

Great rooms. Restaurant is open for lunch and not dinner. That’s silly. When I asked if the restaurant was open for dinner, RUDE employee with super monotone voice said, “the restaurant hasn’t been open since covid. there’s a bar. order room service.” Continues to hit on three females who were clearly uncomfortable with his presence.

Very nice hotel. Rooms where really clean and everything thing seemed really well maintained. The location is definitely the best part extremely close to state Street and the capital. Parking seemed like a decent deal $15 per night that includes in and out.
I stayed here back in October on a road trip. I was impressed with how luxurious the design was, and how clean my room was. The bed was great too, and quiet at night here. The price is very affordable too. I probably will be staying here again on my next trip to Madison!
