Nice American restaurant with decent food.Service was great and fast even though the restaurant was pretty full.
Based on my meal I would give it a 0 star rating. However, the service was great and my daughter said hers was OK. It is Friday in Wisconsin so that means Fish Fry. They were out of perch so I ordered the walleye. Worst piece of fish I have ever seen cooked in my 57 years. Look at the picture the dark brown color means either the grease hadn't been changed in ages or it was severely over cooked. I tapped the coating with my finger to see how hard it was. My finger was dripping with grease. They breading was hard as a rock. I was able to cut off the end piece and the grease ran out of the hole. I didn't even try to eat it. It was disgusting.Again the service was good they didn't charge me for the French fries I did eat.I don't think I will ever go back though.
This is a 3 star restaurant.Ambience is excellent. Old pub feel, cool historical elements.Service is good, nice people overall.Food *sounds* really good and no shortage of options which is appreciated. However, the food is not good. Bowls/salads/sandwiches were ordered. No concept of flavor profiles, even in fresh bowls. Soups are basically Campbell's and could not get halfway thru. Cheese curds overcooked and crunchy. Also beer is disappointing. As an IPA fan these taste like English ales. Not fresh. However - it had healthy options and was what we were in the mood for. Really cool spot. Just not quality flavors.
Great place with options for everyone!Server was fast and friendly.Lively people at the bar, the bartender kept them entertained.I had the fish tacos which were great. My son had no complaints about the fish and chips and my daughter's burger was good.
Some of the best cheese curds I’ve had so far. Love the hatch green chili sauce. Pretty good beer and friendly service.
Nice find. Very good food, great beer. Service was great, very helpful with recommendations. Fast service. I highly recommend
Was hard to choose one spot to eat, but so glad we came here. The beers were great, the cheese curds were some of the best we’ve had, and both our meals were absolutely delicious with huge portions! Happy bellies all around!
Food, drinks, and atmosphere is really great. I recommend the frozen Moscow mule or any of their beers, along with the Cuban or the Nashville chicken sandwich. I’m only giving 4 stars because the drink menu is sometimes out dated, which can be disappointing if you’re looking for something specific. But the staff if great if you just ask!
Loved the old, unique architecture of the building. The food was really good and they were able to accommodate a large group (over 12 people).
We visited here mid-day. Nice and quiet, though there were plenty of customers. Some good beer (tried the IPA but didn't sample more than that.) Pool tables for fun. Also, in the basement is a Rathskeller/Beer garden. Nothing was happening while we visited but I can imagine this gets hopping in the summer months.
