We were one of three tables filled on Tuesday night. Waiter was very slow and never asked once if anyone needed a single refill for drinks. Fairly dirty inside. We went here because Texas Roadhouse and Red Robin had 45 minute waits and there was definitely clear reasons why this restaurant has zero wait and 3 tables filled. Will not be back.

It was ok. Just ok. We had to have the whiskey sauce burger....ordered sliders then had to wait, and wait, and wait for the sauce. The tiny burgers were cold by the time the sauce arrived...but I ate mine before hand so at least my tiny burger was warm. The fries were good.Overall, I chalk it up to inattentive service. One should not order one of any restaurants "signature dishes" that gets delivered without the signature...am I right?I tipped accordingly and my wife wasn't happy with me, but as I mentioned to her part if the tip is supposed to be based on the SERVICE.But in this "everybody gets a trophy" generation some people believe they should get a tip just for showing up for work.

We ordered our meal to go. Everything was packed perfectly and on time. The Whiskey Glazed sauce on the burgers were delicious. The Chicken Cobb Salad was awesome with plenty of fresh ingredients. We will return.

The people were friendly but the food was awful. Potato skins were cooked till it was more like a chip and the place wasn't busy at all and still had to wait for a table because nobody had bussed the tables since the last people in their section. I gave it 2 stars because the mozzarella sticks were good. Last time I was at Friday's I had a bad experience. This will be my last time going to this chain.

To the best of my knowledge this t.g.i. Friday is one of only two remaining in the state of Wisconsin, the other being in Appleton. It's a shame because they do have decent food. I had the cobb salad and it was great! It's amazing how a change in ownership can kill a restaurant chain such as this.

I've been here twice and each time the service was fast. Food was good and came quick. The waiter/waitress have good memory.

I arrived to a parking lot that had maybe 6 vehicles in it. Upon entering the establishment I was not greeted and was left standing with my date. While waiting to be seated, 3 employees made eye contact and continued on their way They were not even remotely close to being busy so the lack of costumer service was uncalled for. we decided to head next door to another establishment and will NOT return to the TGI FRIDAY'S east town. NOT RECOMMENDED

We used to love Fridays but this location, East Madison has really gotten bad. Our server was awesome and the only reason, I am giving a 2. My husband ordered a Spotted cow on tap and it has slime floating in the cup. Not dirty cup slime, but dirty beer lines slime?? The server told us they tried to get a cup without it, but couldn't. We ended up with water instead. The food took forever and was cold when it arrived. It was really disappointing

Went in for an early dinner, just before 5pm.Place was basically empty when we went in. Seated right away.Server was nice and prompt. Our food came out quick and everything was delicious.I especially loved the loaded fries!Would be back!* not a 5 star because I wasn't blown away by anything.

Normally, if I ever had a negative experience at a restaurant I would never go back there, and yeah, hadn't been to this one in a while, let's say since the early-mid 2000's. I wasn't expecting much out of the experience and came out with a better attitude towards this establishment. Went with my partner and had a great late night dinner Friday Night 12/17/2021. The server, a younger gentleman was really chill and polite to us, giving us recommendations/suggestions when we couldn't quite make up our mind on our orders. I picked the full Slab of ribs with the Whiskey sauce per his recommendation and OMG, it was a pleasant FOODGASMIC experience in my mouth. The ribs were seasoned and tender and went along with a mini side of their whiskey sauce. That whiskey sauce went really well with those ribs. Seriously, I need that RECIPE!!! It was amazing!!! The order came with a side of fries and some refreshing slaw that hints of apple in each bite. My partner enjoyed his cheeseburger and they didn't skimp on the toppings for his burger. The server always seemed to be one step ahead of us on refills and togo boxes, etc...The only negatives, it was a little pricier than I would want to pay for a dine in experience, the wings sucked, kinda like they'd been left out of the freezer for a while, or just pre cooked and sitting out, because the chicken meat didn't leave anything pleasant on my taste palette. I would rather just buy the wings from the frozen section at a grocery store than order their wings. But even with the terrible wings, the amazing service, and ribs and whiskey sauce saved the day. Great work, great staff. BTW I wanted to give a 3.5, but there's no option, so I had to round down. I will be back again to give myself another foodgasm, but not in a while bc the price is just more than I'm willing to pay. I'll be more than happy to round it up to a 4 on my next visit.
