I just went to the restaurant, there were zero customers but a cook and hostess at the register. I went to the register and the hostess was on her phone, both staff ignored me- no hello, hold on a minute, or anything just stared at her phone typing and swiping away. They did not say anything when I left either, never had this happen and I waited patiently at the counter for a few minutes and never made a scene. Maybe that's what it takes to be served?Prices seem higher than before and service was terrible. I guess I will not be returning anymore despite mostly good experiences in the past. It's too bad as the cooks have been friendly before.
My favorite restaurant, there chicken teriyaki is the best in my opinion, been going here since I was little and the employees are great I love them and there very generous with their serving sizes so many times it was hard to close the lid if I had carry-out, will be going there for the rest of my life, will go there next time with the intention of taking lots of photos for everyone to see how good there food looks! And will have to take my word for how good all of their food is! Not just the chicken teriyaki just my favorite for sure, the other choices are very delicious! The owner is extremely friendly and always wears a smile!
Best teriyaki you’ll ever have. They grill and flavor it so well and you feel really good after - unlike stuff at the mall. It’s actually fresh. Try the bento box, it’s quite the offer
Waited for over an hour at the hospital for an order that showed up half missing. It was only 3 simple items.. Not sure how you can screw that up??
We had the worst lunch in a long time at Teriyaki Sushi Express. The food tasted very odd plus very greasy and salty. Not to mention the bitter flavor of old, dirty grill, that seasoned our Yakisoba meal. The place is dirty and unpleasant. The TV plays loud Mexican soccer and the wait is long, so you will be able to catch a full game. My shrimp yakisoba had plenty of shrimp and a very thick layer of mayonnaise. The vegetables were skimpy and way overcooked. My wife put her yakisoba chicken in the trash after one taste, scooped from under the 1/2” of mayonnaise. Landfill rats have to eat.
Took more than 40 minutes for two orders of teriyaki chicken and rice. I could have made the food more quickly myself, and for much less than $23.00.

The amount of food and taste were great. The staff were kind as well.
The sushi is great and service is fast! 100% worth it!
Good food. Meat to rice ratio could be a bit heavier.
