Nate is awesome. Great attitude & energy he must love his job and it carries over to the customers. I was bummed the menu item I like best is not available anymore but Nate’s suggestion was good too so it was okay. Not sure anyone has made me laugh at a drive-thru but this trip was fun. I even saw the next car in line had a few laughs also.
This is my favorite taco bell. Employees are friendly, and have that right amount of 'just getting through my shift' energy, that easily matches the customers 'i have no will to cook or the money to buy something nice' attitude. Every interaction is a taco-tastic delight. I gladly fill out every corporate survey the employee hands me at the window.Late night, the cashier may throw a 'were out of tacos' joke your way, and for a brief moment, you remember that you're alive on this planet.The food is taco bell. If you want taco bell, well let me tell you, you're in for a treat.
Got my order and everything was cold inside. Overpriced, took forever and it was straight up gross. I should of known better than to stop. at the E Wash T Bell for lunch. Only myself to blame.
20 minutes to complete the transaction. 8:30pm, so not rush hour. 5 or 6 people visible in the window, and the the lobby was closed (so there were no distractions). $30 worth of food ordered, and they said the card didn't work. Paid with cash. Then they told us to pull forward to collect the food. 5 minutes later they came back to ask what exactly we ordered. Then 20 minutes after ordering, we were told our order had been given to someone else. So they gave us about 70% of our order and a few free soft taco with your next purchase coupons.
Rude employees, dirty restaurant and a parking lot filled with panhandling and people selling and using drugs. Absolutely dumpster fire of a fast food place
can't believe what I'm seeing... the taco bell in my town of deforest is closed permanently for whatever reason and every other one nearby closes at 8pm... it's Saturday.drive thru late at night is what it's thet e for.it's absurd to me that I can't get drive thru food after 8pm on a Saturday.completely abaurd
Walked over because I live a couple blocks away. Dining room was closed, so I walked over to the drive through. Employees ignored me as cars backed up behind me. Finally walked up to the window and there was a sign in the window that they don't serve walk-ups. Just rude. Not serving walk-ups is inconsiderate of the close neighbors who might want to go to your business; and having the sign in the window, not by the menu, is just a rude way to waste more of our time.
They close the store and drive thru whenever they want even before time they supposed to close at.Employees and staff were so rude to me in multiple occasions as DoorDasher and as a customer as well.Last time one of them was verbally aggressive when I tried to take a photo of the closed drive thru for DoorDash to prove store closure.He was smoking outside the store and freaked out and had an attitude when he saw me trying to take the photo even after I explained that it’s for DoorDash.
This Taco Bell is a dump, managers won’t hire any staff so there’s never enough people. Today was the last straw when I got in the line at 9:30am for breakfast just to be told at 10am that they won’t serve breakfast because they’re to busy?! It’s ludicrous to be turning away paying customers because they’re to lazy to make food.
This taco bell has the most welcoming and pleasant employees. Great customer service to go with the great prices and good food.
