We are in a pandemic with a mask mandate in place. I walked into the store, and after waiting for a minute, was greeted by a short Hispanic man without gloves or a mask. He put gloves on, and then I asked where his mask was. He LAUGHED at me. I told him there was a mask mandate and it is the law to wear a mask. He laughed again and told me we're all going to get sick anyway. I told him he is going to get other people sick. He continued laughing and left.I ended up being served by a taller white man, who was very polite and safe. The shorter Hispanic man was not only breaking the law, but was rude, irresponsible, and unsafe. He should not be working in a restaurant or anywhere with other people. I do not want to see him there again.

Edwin is the reason i come to this location. It's not the food it's Edwin. He always takes care of me and makes me feel like I'm walking into his home. Hes an extremely valuable employee and i hope he gets paid well for being one
One of the best subways I've been to. Not because of the food but the two behind the counter. The couple that work there are just awesome people. Love coming in saying hi and getting a sub.
I tend not to leave good or bad reviews unless I received exceptionally good or bad service. In this case, Edwin was the gentleman who helped me on my visit. His friendliness, product knowledge, and over all happy demeanor exceeded every expectation I could have had when walking into Subway! Edwin is a true asset to this company. Coming from a small business operator myself, I assure you he would be a true asset in most companies. I sing your praises Edwin and thank you for being an outstanding employee and person. I in-turn compliment management on attracting such a dedicated and customer centric employee.
Went in this morning because the sign on the door says they open at 8am. Got there a little after 9am. All the bread was leftover from the night before, no veggies were out. The employee argued with me that the sign doesn't say they open at 8am. I used to go there frequently. Not anymore. Terrible customer service and poor attitude by the employee.

I drive a little extra to go to the Verona road Subway. It's in the same parking lot as home Depot. I always get the best friendliest service at this Subway and they make really good sandwiches. Oh and they have the best cookies!
