Solid raman place, the level 4 raman is not as hot as expected so the level 5 raman definitely possible if you are into spicy food.

Such amazing food! Good size portions and even more flavor! The owners are so friendly and nice! Makes eating here taste that much better knowing how involved and passionate they are! My favorite is the gyoza ? so good, and ramen all ways! The pork belly is melt in your mouth fresh and good! Save room for some mochi ice cream, the red bean is my favorite!!! Great place to get good food that does not take long to prepare!!

I had the level 3 spicy ramen and wow, incredible flavor and serious heat ???️I also ordered the pork belly and it's 10/10! Can't wait to come back

This you can call ramen. Kaisen don was okay, more like a poke rather than a kaisen don but was pretty good in terms of amount of ikura on it.

The staff are incredibly kind and efficient. Watching them work on our Hell Challenge Ramen (we failed lol) from the kitchen was great! You can tell the cooks put a lot of care into the food. The fries and mochi were so yummy! Thank you for a great time, we'll be back to try more of your menu! ❤️

I have been here 3 times and it has been the same story. Great flavor, great dumplings, but little to no meat with much fat. What you see here was $43 along with a sprite. If the meat situation could change I would be much more willing to go back.

Sriracha broccoli - this is a dish that you can't pass up. It's delicious, and I loved every bite. Staff was very helpful with explaining how to correctly order.

This was my first time having authentic ramen, it was amazing!

Strings is top-notch ramen. The environment boasts a clean, comfortable, modern-but-not-too aesthetic and it's perfect. My meal started with chicken gyoza. Perfect texture, a rich flavor, and the spicy ponzu they come with was superb. I think I could make a meal out of those alone. The main show, my level 3 hell ramen came out, and I think I fell in love. The flavors of this ramen were complex, rich, deep, and well-balanced. The ground pork was a beautifully rich topping and the crispy pork skin added a wonderful texture. The spice. Friends, just let me warn you, if you don't have a very robust spice tolerance, you may want to sit the Hell ramen out. Level 3 was at the top of my tolerance, but they managed to make it very spicy while VERY flavorful, which is no small feat. All in all, it was a superb experience and I look forward to experiencing their full array of fare.

We had the Hell Ramen and shrimp gyoza. Both were amazing!! Wish we could have tried the level 5 hell ramen, but we got take out and you have to dine in to have it. We will be back!
