Blonde roast fresh brew was not available at 10:30 am so I had to wait for a pour over. My breakfast sandwich was cold, as in not heated properly. I told them and they fixed another sandwich for me which was again cold! I attempted to call them to report the second sandwich being cold and couldn’t get through to them as they have their phone off the hook. Wow! All this to get a sandwich and a coffee.
6 people working. I was waiting for my other drink when only one arrived. We also never heard our name called out. Staff seemed bothered I was standing there. I was told to go wait by the register. It was finally made clear I had already ordered. When I said thank you when it arrived, staff said "neyeah" dismissively. It really put a damper on our afternoon, we won't be back.
Rude baristas! If you don't like your job find a new one

Maria was FANTASTIC! I loved her energy and she really made it the best experience. However one of my sandwiches was cold on one side.
Staff in this location is top notch, speedy and friendly with added organization for online orders unlike most other locations. Its worth my time to skip the Sun Prairie locations to take my business here.Mask policy is what it is, staff is only following orders. I've been in jobs that can fire you for not upholding policy.
Didn’t say anything to me when I walked in (first time at this location) made my order and waited for my drink, never asked my name and jus sat my drink down didn’t even tell me it was ready
Company policy on masks needs to be reviewed. Your employees are not my doctor nor do they know my medical history. They have absolutely zero business in questioning me about my medical condition. If I wanted a debate on masking i would go visit my doctor not be subject to redicule by some entitled collage brat that has no experience in the medical field. Just as you value my opinion worthless I value yours. Fortunately for me I was only passing through and your not worth my time to even complain to management about. Pour the coffee and move on, if you feel that paranoid and unsafe then stay home and hide under the covers.

The line for the drive thru is a little weird, with cross traffic from the other parking lots. But, the wait was quick and the staff were great.
