Coffee was good. Drive thru window person was friendly. Only challenge was that the lawn was being mowed around the building and the one person would leave the riding mower in the middle of the drive thru while using the trimmer so people couldn't get in. He would move the mower forward and get off and do trimming, but leave it in the way so people in the drive thru had to wait for him to move before they could. It was a little frustrating.
This location specializes in making one feel unwelcome. 2 days in a row I visited this location and didn’t get so much as a “We’ll be right with you” or anything. I patiently waited 5 minutes to even be acknowledged. I ordered a Medicine Ball both days and each day the person that ordered after me *multiple drinks* got their order before I did. I even asked the lady yesterday what I could do to get my order fast like her since she ordered after me. I won’t be back to this location.
Horrible service ? Not worthy to be called a Starbucks. I travel all over the country and this was a very horrible experience. Placed an online order. Got there when it said pick up should be ready. Waited.... waited... cars pull in order at the register, get their drink and off they go. Told barista I see my tickets and I've been waiting for 15 minutes. Said they were extremely busy and I replied with "that's why i places online order". Again cars pull in and out, get their drinks and off they go. 10 to 15 high school kids go in. Order and they get their drink. Kept my cool and once again told barista..... he had the audacity to grab 4 more tickets that came out of the machine and made those first. Told him I literally just saw you make 4 drinks that came in after me. Then f8nally after 23 minute wait after my pick up time he makes my drink and it tastes absolutely horrible just like the attitudes in that particular Starbucks. Ordered 2 Pink Drinks with Xtra Strawberries and light ice. Received no a a crumb of strawberries in each drink and no ice. It was absolutely noticeably warm and no taste at all. Will be calling in a complaint for my money back.
This is a really great location! Always friendly and get my orders right! I used the app to order today and was not disappointed. They always seem to be on top of things!
all i wanted was some toast so i asked for a grilled cheese without the cheese and the person taking my order was very nice but then passed me to their manager who was incredibly disrespectful and just straight up said no without letting us finish even tho we literally got it the other day from the same place.
Great coffee, but long wait times. It is not uncommon to spend 20 or 30 minutes in line in line at the drive thru.
The baristas are usually friendly and my drink orders are typically good. My only complaint is they tend to run out of items on the menu quick.
just wanna give a shout out to all the employees at this Starbucks. Every time I'm there the employees are working super hard. Considering how busy the location is and how dealing with under-caffeinated customers isn't easy, these employees are handling things well. ☕
I get iced coffee from Starbucks frequently.This one in particular, the iced coffee always has a horrible taste, almost to the point of being undrinkable.
we walked in were ignored so we left. 7 employees behind counter all doing drive through orders and no one greeted us.
