Floors filthy, 1 hour here, no one grabbed a mop.Sad to see standards of Starbucks have fallen so much and management not keeping with what are likely corporate standards of cleanliness.Not to be tolerated.
Night crew is absolutely horrible at this location. Rude when taking orders, ignore you at the window, and one of the baristas checked Snapchat instead of making drinks or taking payment. Should probably work on training.
Starbucks is always one thing and that’s consistent but it’s the employees at this location that make it so great! Brock, Karl, and Megan are always so nice and kick my morning off to a great start.

Beware using Order Ahead here. I ordered a mocha with the app at 7:15 PM. Arrived at 7:25 PM to pick it up (store is supposed to be open until 8 PM). No response at the drive-thru intercom. Pulled up to window and an employee looked right at me but wouldn't come to window. Knocked on window. Saw two other employees but they ignored me. Honked horn. No response. Realized I had just paid $4.17 for a mocha that I wasn't going to get. You have been warned!
Baristas were extremely friendly and personable; our order was correct, and made quickly.

I ordered ahead on the app and my order was ready within the estimated time window. The barista who handed it off to me was really friendly. I usually go to a Starbucks on campus, so this one was much more peaceful and less crowded, which was nice.
Had a cold brew from this spot. Was pretty good and didn't have any extra grounds. Line was long but they were pretty efficient at getting folks their coffee.
