I won't say I've been to every bar in Madison, but if you like dive bars toy you have to go here. Cash only but they have atm.
Staff, drinks and company was amazing. 10 stars.

Dan is hands down the best bartender in Madison and has been for decades. It’s a crime to visit Madison and not visit the Silver Dollar when Dan is working. Seriously because of him you walk in a stranger and leave with friends. Cheers ??
Once you stumble into this hole in the all...you may never return. There is a diamond so bright underneath this place. Your shoes might stick a bit to the floor but embrace the vibe. They have some incredibly dope vintage beer signs for added ambiance including a Hamm’s sign that illuminates the sky blue waters.
It was great. I didn't take any pics to share but it was a nice nite for me.
