Chaotic and disorganized. You have really no way to tell if the food is yours. When you ask to clarify you just get yelled at and then ignored. You're treated as an inconvenience. I guess if you want an anxiety attack this a good place to go.
Went after work only to find they closed 20mins early. They look open but everything was taken apart and all the employees were just standing there looking at the food court .
Food was delicious and they are very generous with the portions.
Just no flavor. Fried rice with white spots and veggies are plain. The only flavor was the beef and the sauce wasn't enough to spread into the rest. Also asked for Fuze and got coke then the guy taking orders argued that I said coke. Won't order there again.
No flavor, bland. Customer service bad from female. Never again. Wasted money.

Quick service but overall uninspiring. The portion was decently sized and the food was fresh. I'd say it was around what you'd expect from Panada Express but not quite there. If I were in the mall again, I'd probably consider eating here again, but I wouldn't go out of your wya to try it out.
We, my husband and I, love this place! It’s honestly hard to find a straight forward and good Chicken Teriyaki in Madison/surrounding areas (We live in Middleton). So this place is perfect for it. The price is more than reasonable for the amount of food you get, it’s hot and delicious, and fresh due to the high volume of orders they are making.The veggies, the chicken, rice and sauce- yum! Plus it makes great leftovers, which I almost always have if I get my own order. A lot of times, my husband and I will split an order if we want to save money. It’s the perfect, not too heavy dinner or lunch.I will say one thing, and that is that you have to like dark meat chicken because I believe they use chicken thighs. Not a problem to me, but I know some people prefer white meat chicken.They also have a punch card system, so after every 6 you get a freebie- we just cashed one in yesterday!The staff is friendly, quick, and I like how you get to watch them make the food.Overall, this place is perfect for a a chicken teriyaki craving… definitely worth a try! There is a location in each of the malls here in Madison, East & West.
The best place for food to go at the mall. Portions are big and worth your money. People's favorite is the double chicken teriyaki to go. Cooks at the kitchen are very nice and can speak both English and Spanish.
