We bought 3 packs of tortellini from Jenifer St. Market this Tuesday (2 days ago). For family dinner tonight (Thursday), one of the 2 smoked mozzarella tortellini packages was full of mold (see pic). The other smoked mozzarella pack was fine.
It has been such a challenge at 75 following surgery to develope severe digestive issues requiring me to restrict my diet. I had to particularly eat only gluten free. I found your product to be fresh, delicious, and fully digestible. I would recommend that it be available in more stores. I can only find it at Whole Food. I would also like fresh fusilli. I wish you had a pasta sauce. Thank you.
We have been gluten-free for years. Your pasta is the closest to my homemade. But it is no longer sold in Central PA. Bummer.
The Lucky's Supermarket on Oakland Park Blvd in Fort Lauderdale carries this product line. Looked good in the package so I purchased the Spinach Fettuccine to give it a try. It was fabulous! Next time I'm at Lucky's I will try some of the other products made by this manufacturer.
I have had celiac disease for eight years so I have tried my fair share of gluten free products. Thank you so much for creating this amazing product for those of who cannot eat gluten. When I tried the four cheese tortelloni for the first time, I almost cried because it tasted so amazing. I was sure I must have read the package wrong and that it wasn’t really gluten free. The rest of my family (who can eat gluten) loves it too. Hooray!
