It's a pizza. That's about all I can say at this point. The last 2 in particular have seriously lacked flavor, which is why I stopped ordering years ago (same trend then as well). Crust has also been really tough lately when ordering double dough, which is unusual. Their delivery times can be 90 min to 2 hours with no notification, just told "we got hit" when I called previously. They can be really good, or it can be a waste of money.

We love the excellent customer service and great pizza from Rosati’s. We especially appreciate the Madison West location and their friendliness. We customarily order pizza for delivery and the pizza always arrives on time and hot/ready to eat!

Pizza never was delivered and I suspect from the conversation on the phone that without evidence from our ring doorbell, we wouldn't have been given a refund. But we were refunded so 2 stars seems reasonable for wasting our time.

We had ordered a pizza and cheese sticks. The pizza crust was hard and tough to eat, the best part of the pizza was the topping. The cheese sticks we had was like a pizza cut in strips. The flavor of them was very plain and crust was dry and tough. Was disappointed how our order turned out.

Hands down the best gyro and sauce I have ever had. Pizza was equally delicious!!! Delivery driver was very nice. Nailed it. Highly recommend.

Easy on-line ordering, always ready when promised. Friendly staff and great tasting pizza. Call-in orders can be a challenge getting connected at busy times but on-line orders work very well.

I ordered some food online, I was charged twice for the entire order which totaled to over $120 called to ask about the second charge and the incorrect pizza. The work I spoke with blamed the website and said the GM would be in at 9 and he would have to talk to him. He also said they would remake the pizza and deliver it within 45 minutes. An hour and a half later, I try to call again because the remade pizza was still not delivered and I hadn't heard from anyone about the second charge. I called and waited on hold for 20 minutes just to get disconnected. That's when I decided to drive to the store and ask in person. I arrived to the employees turning off the lights and telling me they closed at 9. They then tell me that the delivery person attempted to call me and knocked on my door to deliver the second pizza. (No missed calls, no knock on the door at all) then I'm told the GM didn't come in and ill have to talk to him tomorrow. So at this point I've been charged over $120 to get the wrong pizza and then to go pick up the second pizza almost 3 hours later. I do not recommend.

I appreciated the polite service and attention to detail, but would not order again. I was happy to see my Chicago style pizza came with tinfoil to keep it warm, and that it was topped off with extra herbs and seasoning. The amount of mozzarella was most generous and gloriously stringy. However, the high prices kill it for me. For a small $16.99 pizza, I expected it to be delicious. (Not sure what their prices were before inflation though).The sauce didn’t strike me as anything unique, and the crust was not buttery as advertised. It was dry and flavorless. In my opinion Uno’s does it better.

10000000% the best place to get pizza in Madison (specifically this location!!). Everyone is super friendly, pizza is always done perfectly, they remember your name which is ALWAYS a huge thing at any business.Out of the countless times I’ve ordered, only once was there an issue (wrong topping on half) and what did they do?? Told me to keep the pizza and we’re making another one for me to correct it. Didn’t even have to bring it back to “prove” what happened.Excellent staff, you can tell they actually care.

Normally a big fan of Rosati’s and their great food. I recently saw a promotion on a targeted ad that said “free wings” if you had a birthday that week. I had a birthday that week, so I clicked the ad to claim the offer saw that the message sent to the Rosati’s Facebook account successfully, and I followed the instructions but I have not heard back from anyone. I’ve been waiting for a response for 2 weeks. If this was just a test advertisement, then the Rosati team should really think before they deploy it to the public to save their customers from disappointment, or at least make sure all instructions to qualify are listed in the advertisement before sharing it on social media. I hope to hear back from a team member.
