Our burgers were on point!! Very tasty. And we were seated immediately. Those were the best parts of our experience. The rest of the food was bland, even the drinks we got were lacking flavor… Service was okay. Not super outgoing, but she did hit the minimum requirements. Food arrived in a timely manner, but the drinks were very quick to arrive.

We were greeting prior to even stepping foot into the establishment and informed of the wait time!! Waitress was extremely friendly and we didn't have to ask for drink refills which was a huge plus as that's my biggest complaint about servers usually. Food was spot on from the properly cooked meat to taste of food and how fast the food came out!

We were seated fairly quickly for a bigger party. The waitress seemed to be trying her best. It just seemed like most places, staffing issues are to blame for slow service. We weren’t in a hurry otherwise I would not have been happy. Took awhile to get food refills. We had no silverware or napkins and had to flag someone down. Typical Red Robin food. Average location.
There is lot of choice for appetizers. Onion rings are presented very well. Mozzarella sticks are the best ones which I have eaten in all the restaurants I have been to. Cocktails are very good. Many good brews are on tap. The gourmet burgers are very good. No pink and some pink options are available. New burgers are added regularly. Vanilla softie ice cream is really good. Service is friendly & fast. Chicken tortilla soup in bowl or cup is really good. Red Robin seasoning adds flavor to everything. Ambiance is very good. Spacious restaurant.
Frys were next to cold brought a batch to replace was colder yet, burger barely warm,fondue cheese was already stiff from sitting so long. Never have I had such bad food at Red Robin....
Eboni was a great server! She went above and beyond. We haven't been out to eat in a long time. Food was decent, drinks were great.
