First time at Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers and definitely not the last. Eat and enjoy tender chicken, battered and cooked to a crisp. Ordered the 8 piece meal. Crust was seasoned well and fires were a great side. Opt for 2 pieces of bread instead of coleslaw for a sandwich you won't forget. Space is definitely collegiate and the staff is quick and friendly. Will be back to Raising Cane's for more.
The customer service was great. However I wouldn't come back. Canes is trash. 4 little small tenders, fries and toast and Cole slaw were below average. Entire meal I would give 6/10. Sauce is the only thing I agreed was good. What a joke I would never come back. You can get better chicken tenders at other fast food places.
The chicken and breading were delicious and fresh. They fries and coleslaw were good too. The sauce was amazing! I will be back soon!!
Very good chicken fingers, but the fries could use a bit salt
It was my first time there this weekend. It was the best ? chicken tenders I have ever had. The batter was delicious and the chicken was awesome. $9.48 for a three piece meal. I am always happy anytime I can get a great lunch downtown for less than $10 bucks. Can't wait to go back.
I had a mediocre experience here. Came in for lunch. The employee at the register had just finished helping someone. Then they went to do something else and I basically stood at the register for 5 minutes waiting for someone to take my order, there were employees just a couple feet behind the counter. Meanwhile more people started to come in and I could hear them complaining about why no one was at the register. The food left a lot to be desired. My chicken fingers were partially crispy and soggy. My fries were soggy. You'd think a place that specializes in fried food would do it correctly. Not worth the money in my experience. I'll try it again but not any time soon.
Pretty good chicken but you have to wait in the order line to pickup an online order?? Like you might as well get in line at the store and order online so your toast isn't limpEdit: I'm pretty sure they forgot a bag cause we didn't get our extra sauce and toast! I don't even blame the cashier, management should have put thought into online ordering opening on State in the middle of covid.
First Cane’s experience. High quality chicken tenders and cole slaw. The small details make this place really good: buttery grilled Texas toast, huge soda cups with really good ice, crinkle cut fries etc..the sauce is really salty though.
I love Cane's. The food is amazing for the price. Unfortunately, the last two times I went we waited over 30 minutes in a line that would have taken less than 10 minutes at other fast casual restaurants in Madison. The service is just not good right now.
There was a line all the way to the door when I got there. We waited for a while 'til we got to the counter. It was worth the wait. The employees were fast and efficient. Still polite amidst the pressure they were under. The food was quite good. Also, I couldnt help but snap a picture of the cute holiday cups they had!
