This location is horrible. We ordered carry out and by the time we got home, our whole entire was wrong. We all didn’t receive everything requested on in our bowl & burritos. My husband is allergic to onions and they put it in when we didn’t even request it! We asked for pinto beans and they gave us black beans! No sauce like what we selected. Missing sides. I called and stayed on the line for over 10 minutes while the phone rang. This is by far the worst location I’ve ever gone to let alone worse experience. I rather drive to the Cahill location on the south side than here! I wish I could give this place ZERO stars. Pathetic.

i was extremely disappointed with our experience yesterday. we walked in and the 3 employees working were standing together talking. meanwhile all the tables were dirty and garbages were overflowing. my kids had to use the bathroom and there was no toilet paper. the manager was super immature. i will never go to this location again. it has gone way downhill.

I can’t count how many people have left this place because the restaurant workers confront them about masks and refuse to serve them.Hey guys maybe enough is enough.You think that’s hospitable ? at the very least have masks available.Five steps away 20 people eating drinking and refilling their sodas with out masks.Maybe focus a little more on the over flowing trash and your attitudes toward your customers. You’ve lost your way.

I'd rate less if I could. So I am told to wear a mask or get the cops called on me yet twenty people dining two feet away are maskless. How does that make sense? Then on top of that the manager told me he wanted to fight me, the regional manager standing next to him said nothing to him while he cussed me out because I refused to wear a mask. We are truly living in upside down world. You should be ashamed of yourselves.

They folded my burrito in half and gave it to me that way. I talked to the manager about it and she was very rude to me and would not remake it, so then I just asked for my money back. Never coming back to this location after being treated so rudely. Who rolls a burrito and then folds in half?

Placed a $70+ order through Grubhub. Got someone else’s order. Grub hub couldn’t contact or dispatch any drivers but was helpful. Tried calling the e town location and the phone rang for over 30 minutes no answer. Now I am out the money I spent until the refund processed in 5 days cause the qdoba employees and the driver didn’t check the order name carefully enough, and neither decided to respond to any calls or messages. I get times are tough, managed a restaurant for 5 years, so manager, hire more people, or be there to help your overworked staff when they are so slammed they can’t even answer their phone.

Tells me to put on mask(that’s okay I’m fine with that) go back to car and get mask bc I forgot it. Another guy walks in with no mask and they say nothing. Short girl with accent rushes me while getting meat. Rude

Tables were all so dirty and the staff member I gave my order to was so disrespectful for no reason. I will be actively avoiding this place due whoever the short girl is making the food is especially.

Food is good, but my pick up order is always wrong. Sometimes it's the wrong soda, other times wrong dips, one time they forgot my chips all together. Make sure to check your order before you leave!

Have ordered her several times for lunch, and they seem to never get the order correct. Missing items are a constant problem. Today I ordered a quesadilla and 4 items were missing.
