Service here is slow. I ordered a latte and it tasted like milk with barely and espresso. If you have the option, go to another coffee shop
Ordered a cafe au lait, received just regular coffee with milk that wasn't steamed at all. Also payed for oat milk, but didn't get that. Waited 10 minutes as well.
This place has ok food. I like their bagels and breakfast croissant sandwiches. But it took FOREVER to get my latte. Almost half and hour. And then my drink wasn’t even what I wanted. I ordered and iced latte and they gave me a hot latte. When I told them I ordered an iced one, the lady promptly said, “Well you ordered a hot one” and didn’t seem like she had any intention of fixing my order. Nonetheless, I didn’t have time to have them remake my order and there was a significantly long line.As a barista myself, I understand things can get really busy and stressful but decent customer service would be nice. The lady seemed very unapologetic due to the influx of orders and short staff.
Took forever. Waiting 30 minutes to get my coffee.
It’s just a standard student union cafe, their drinks are subpar but it’s convenient and is quick.
Generally quick service and solid drinks, but it is a very popular place.
Good coffee and the white chocolate, macadamia nut cookies are awesome. Unfortunately, the last two times I stopped by to get one they didn't have any of those cookies available. Disappointing !!

The presentation of the food is very nice, but I'm not a fan of the quesadillas. The quesadillas are better at Dejope. The chips & guac is good though.
