Have not been to potbelly's in quite a few years. Still just as good as ever. Ordered a chicken club on mulitgrain bread with lettuce onion and ranch dressing. Ranch comes on the side. Also had some BBQ chips.
For a 4 star rated place was very underwhelmed, both by the food and the service. Not the worst sub I've ever had, but will not recommend it be coming back.
I was so excited to try Potbelly for something new and different and when I got there it felt like the employees didn’t want to be there. Right away coughing, moody to be at work, and tossed my order in my hands. No interaction and it felt like they didn’t want me to be there. The employees came off like they were in jail. Bad customer service! Food taste like how they felt terrible ? would never come back
Please do better. This looks so sad. Where's my meat? We love Potbellys but this sandwich was horrible.

First time having a BLTA sandwich (I've only ever had their soups) and it was so good! Nice & clean facilities and friendly staff!
Came highly recommended from a friend and did not disappoint. The online ordering and drive-through pickup was extremely helpful since we were just passing through. The steakhouse beef was excellent!

If i could get zero i would . I came in yesterday with my husband jan 31,2020 for lunch at the east madison location, the manger was unprofessional and disrespectful as to how he talk to us about my husband not wearing a mask he was in there in the store for 5 minutes than the manger staired at him than stop him and told him rudely that he could go to the drive through but he couldnt go throught the line to order ,but his employees werent even wearing thiers nor or right, he continued to be loud and Unknoxious by trying to show off. The bread was toasted for little to long ,my husbands look almost brunt on the edges ,it was cutting the side of my mouth we didnt finish our sandwiches and threw them away wasnt very good, the employeesthe whole time never changed thier gloves while making other customers sandwiches after my order and touching thier faces, We will not be comming back
