I had to take time to create a review for the perfect service I just received from this Popeyes location. The drive-thru employee name ( Patricia) was so kind, amazing and extremely professional. Restaurant's need more employees such as Patricia to work at these type of establishments to show paying customers such as myself a great and positive reason to return. Man, I have to drive 2 hours from Sparta to get Popeyes. The very least you can to is get my drive thru order correct. I asked for half spicy half mild all legs and thighs.
If i could give zero stars I would. I never write reviews but the employees were very unprofessional and my order was not correct. I told the lady wearing a mask taking my order I wanted ranch with my meal and a frozen lemonade drink. 10 minutes later I'm waiting for my food and my frozen lemonade. She didn't inform me my food was done but it had been sitting on the counter. I then asked for my lemonade and she yelled at one of man employees that I needed my drink. The man responded "your just standing there that is your job you can do it!" She responded "well you're back there so you can do it, god damn." Fast forward, I never received any ranch for my tenders.... very disappointed.
I have been going to this Popeyes after work with my coworkers the last week or so, and it is always the highlight of all our days! The staff is so friendly and helpful. They’re doing a great job of providing costumer service. We particularly love seeing Patricia!
I don’t ever write a review but I had to. I ordered a 16 family meal. Paid $50The chicken was horrible it tasted like a box. It did not have the Popeyes flavor There was no spicy pieces. The Mac and cheese was very nasty the cheese was clumped up. And the red beans and rice had no flavor. I don’t know what happen to this Popeyes but they need not to be in business. I suggest to go to a different location
Went through drive through, barely could hear/understand the speaker, he came out and said our van was too big (it wasn’t) and took our order outside. The whole time he was talking to someone through his head set, he had a hard time understanding our simple order. When we paid and drove out of the super busy area, we checked the food and share enough he missed one of the items we double checked and asked him for.Super annoying and took a while. Food wasn’t that bad, a lot of breading but I don’t mind that.
Patricia is awesome!!! Definitely coming back; excellent customer service and was very helpful in helping me pick the appropriate meal for my family!
I work with Superior Ambulance. We just finished a call in the Madison area. My partner and I wanted to stop in before heading back to our station in Oshkosh. 30 mins to close and we couldn’t fit our ambulance through the drive thru. We walked down the drive thru and were met with the most kind, sincerest service my partner and I have ever experienced. They allowed us into their closed lobby and treated us incredibly well with their service, food, and hospitality. Everyone there was so friendly. Highly recommend this location. We will certainly be frequenting this store whenever we are in Madison next. Thank you to all who work there. We really didn’t expect any service since we were walking down the drive thru and it being so close to closing time, but we were blown away by your service!
Patricia the General Manager was awesome, I went through the drive thru and you could hear the smile in her voice. She was very patient and understanding and made sure to offer me cookies etc… Even though they had 13 cars in the drive thru she handled it superbly. Also, Cory was awesome, because of my huge order he had to bring my food to my car and he did it with a smile on the cold. I tip my hat to them because customer service sometimes is hard but they made it look so easy
Good chicken, it was nice and fresh and hot. Dot-dot...... No you can absolutely not get pizza
