Fries were soggy both of them like they could have been left in fryer another minute or so to cook fully. Thin crust pizza was undercooked too had no color on it. As someone who worked at pizza hut for a while I know this is not the standard that I should expect.
For some reason, my order for $51.44 was cancelled and rerang for $. I did call and ask for the regular pizza to be well done with no sauce. I am very lost as to why this was rang up at such a higher price!
I was not happy with the pizza, it had hardly any chicken or pineapple it had tons of green peppers, I should have ordered a veggie pizza insy. Customer Service was good
I ordered my pizza well-done because I like the crust crispy. But they overdid it. It was so dried out that the toppings were crunchy and tasteless. I’m surprised they sent it out. It was not a good pizza.
Past experience has been very good. Not tonight, though. Ordered a large thin crust with sausage, mushrooms, and black olives. I received a large hand tossed with sausage, pepperoni and onions. I did receive the receipt for the pie I ordered, so the receipts must have been switched. It was inconvenient to return for a replacement especially with icy roads.
Horrible, horrible, horrible, I ordered my pizzas at 6:23pm. I got a text at 6:50 that they was being delivered. I didn’t get anything by 7:35. I called and was on hold for 5 minutes and they told me it will be there in 10 minutes. By 8:00pm still nothing!. My wife proceed to go outside to smoke and guess what they was outside in the cold for who knows how long already no knock on the door or door bell was rung. I called back and they kept hanging up on me and then my wife called with her phone and they actually pick up. All this just for some pizzas. Asked them to refund my money and they can come pick up the pizzas.
We ordered two pizzas and breadsticks. The hand-tossed pizza was very good. The thin-and-crispy pizza was not good at all. We only ordered one topping and there was barely any cheese or pepperoni on the pizza. It did not taste good at all. Disappointed.
My order was prepared wrong. The receipt was correct, but toppings were missing from my pizza. To achieve "strongly agree" to the statement "I would recommend this restaurant to others", I need to receive accurate orders consistently like I do at other Pizza restaurants nearby. This is the only one near me that regularly gets my order wrong, or gives it to the wrong person and has to remake it when I show up. Until the quality measures improve, the main reason I return here is if I have a coupon.
My Food was given to a random person! Called multiple times to track my delivery, just to be told a random person received my food! I waited two hours for a delivery, gave my number and bell number for THEM TO NOT EVEN BE USED! Poor customer service, was hung up on when called back to understand what had taken place!
When I arrived at 5PM my order was not ready. The person at the drive up window asked me to drive to the parking lot. He said he would bring our order to the car. He did at about 5:10 PM and was very apologetic. It would help if the pizza was done on time. The pizza was very good.
