I'm surprised by the reviews. My food was delicious and staff was friendly. Though, I drove to pick it up.Best pepperoni pizza in town. If you want wings order BWW ;)
Was not satisfied today upon my arrival I had 2 issues first I saw my food sitting on the oven rack unattended too getting cold when it was clearly done and ready to be sliced and boxed as to maintain freshness. ( I know because I worked at pizza hut for over a year before I joined the Navy) no big deal just disappointing to witness as the kitchen staff seemed to be very distracted with what sounded like a really engaging conversation about something inappropriate for a place of business luckily my kids waited in the car as I went inside alone! Second I ordered hand tossed style crust as I am lactose intolerant and don’t want a lot of cheese however I enjoy an occasional pizza with my kids 1 or 2 times a month. Point being when my food was finally cut and boxed after about 5-10min of listening to the kitchen staff finish their conversation and exchange a good laugh with each other I was told that “There was a problem with the Hand Tossed crust and that he made me a Stuffed crust instead because there was an issue with my order and stuffed crust is basically the same thing” now it would be an insult to my intelligence to say “I have no idea what the issue was” as I’m pretty sure its safe to assume that the “issue” was he didn’t feel like remaking my order the correct way. Needless to say I was throughly dissatisfied with the pizza that was my First and last Stuffed crust pizza again I am lactose intolerant and prefer as little dairy in my diet as possible but enjoy an occasional pizza with my young children. Honestly not looking for a refund or a free pizza and very rarely do I even bother to write reviews unless the service is uniquely exceptional or unremarkably poor / distasteful… and unfortunately today it was very execrable and substandard I hope that this particular Pizza hut franchise will survive and endure the heavy burden that this pandemic weighs on local businesses knowing that some of the staff members at this location could based upon my experience give two flopping flounder about the customer. I want to make not that the young lady on the cash register was very pleasant and actually pleaded and attempted to implore the kitchen staff to box my food and he told her “I got you give me one min” as he proceeded to continued to engage in his aforementioned conversation with the other kitchen staff members. I pride my self on treating others how I’d like to be treated and not to judge a book by its cover and I’m sure if this wasn’t an alleged professional place of business the young man in the kitchen is a rather nice gentleman but the way he presented himself in the Pizza hut establishment was very disappointing. I chose to follow up on google reviews to share my experience and help other patrons make an informed decision before choosing this establishment out of fear that the particular staff member mentioned in this review will strike again and fail to provide a quality of service our communities have come to expect from your establishment!
Only 1 because I can't leave 0. Never received order. When I tried to call about it, they didn't answer or just picked up the phone and left it off the hook. If they actually answered, it was to say "please hold" and then HANG UP. When I finally talked to someone I was told the order was "already delivered, actually.". Then the story changed to "your address doesn't exist and we didn't have your phone number." Cancelled th
Extremely rude and disrespectful management.. Nick from Mineral point road location in Madison is horrible... my nephew asked for some plates and this man swore and flipped him off over it. just horrible customer service
Horrible experience. Ordered pizza and 530 pm today April 8, 2022. And hour goes buy say hot pizza on the way. Wait and waited nothing. I called and woman said 5-15 minutes eta. I wait for half hour more now it’s 2 hours since I order. Now she tells me I should look outside the door. I was at the door since the out for delivery was seen on the tracking. Now she said oh oh we put the order in late and then she said have a good night. That was it. I never got my pizza I have initiated a dispute with my credit card. I will never order from here again.
Never had an issues with them delivering our pizza. Fast, hot and delicious.. though the bbq boneless wings could use more sauce.. other than that.. that’s the only problems we have. Not enough sauce.
Ordered a pizza with drink; drink was never delivered. Store only offered option for a "credit" for next time or to have to run out a drink in a separate delivery (with no estimate on how much longer that would take). Avoid this establishment.2023 UPDATE: have had much more success with this store delivering than I did last year. Not certain if it will continue to be good or not but did want to note in fairness that I've seen improvement.
The pizza is good, but I expect them to live up to their statement on safety. Neither of the two guys I saw cutting and boxing pizza, leaning over food, had their masks on. I said something to the young woman in front (she had her mask on) and said she kept telling them to keep them on, but they won't listen. Who cares how well they clean if they lean over and breathe on your food. Strike them off the acceptable list. Mineral Point Rd. store.
I have shared my concerns after booking two roomsOur guests left because it was horrible. Sheets not changed both refrigerator with mold. TV not working. No continental breakfast pool broken down. Why is no one responding to my letter from early Dec.. No one. I spent 200.11 dollars on the rooms. Please comment to me as well as a manager getting back to me.Mina Esser
I live 2 miles from Pizza Hut, I order my food and I get an update saying you food is on it’s way! An hour and a half later my food is still not delivered from the time they said their on their way. My food finally arrives one hour and 35 minutes from being notified that it was on its way. I ask if the pizza has been sitting in a car for an hour and a half, the delivery drivers said, “yes, I’m sorry it has been in my car the entire time, our company needs to hire more drivers, I try my best to move quickly”. I’m a good tipper and I wanted to not tip due to cold pizza being delivered. I then realized it’s not the drivers fault that they were given 25 delivery orders at the same time, it was poor management. I still provided a $10 tip to the driver, but this is the last time I request delivery from Pizza Hut, they cannot guarantee hot pizza.
