If I could put less than one star, I would. So - When I order a pizza I always order Double Black Olives in hopes of getting at least one slice of black olive on every slice of pizza. They are very, very stingy of the amount of toppings put on our pizza. Tonight, I tried again and ordered peperoni, sausage, double black olive. Our pizza haad, Very little sausage, and less than 20 slices of black olives on the entire pizza. My suggestion would be to try a different pizza location, or open your pizza box and inspect your pizza before leaving the store, and If stingy on the toppings then refuse to accept the pizza. That is what i intend to do if I were to order from here again. I wish their future customers - Good Luck!

Great customer service at the pick-up window. Consistent delicious pizza at this particular pizza hut.

They did not send the two liter bottle of Diet Pepsi which I paid for. When I reminded the deliver person, he said he would be right back but did not come back. This had also happened in the previous order and I had to call the restaurant to get the Pepsi and it took a long time. This time I chose not to call and waste my time - I did lose money as I did not get what I paid for. Unbelievable that something like this happens and is not just a one time issue but seems like a norm.

We love the Fitchburg Pizza Hut in order from them frequently. The food is always delicious, consistent, fast, and hot.

I made a mistake when ordering online, which the friendly folks at the store fixed when I arrived to pick up my food.

Ordered threw what sounds like a call center. Should have known not to go through with it, but I did. Of course the order came wrong. Although when ordering pasta and, asking for plates and Silverware don't forget the forks. Can't eat pasta with the fingers duh! Oh and who would order breadsticks with out some kind of dipping sauce? Atleast call and find out what your outsourced call center forgot to tell you. Maybe call who ordered and ask if we wanted the sauces we requested with the order. Needless to say we ate a breadstick but the pizza was full of green peppers not green olives.....(language barrier) pffftttt. The 2 star was for reimbursement of the cost. However my 10$ tip was still a loss. Somehow 2 breadsticks isn't worth the 10$ and having to wait another hr for different delivery made me HANGRY!Advise: bring order taking back to America so you can service the customers from America like you used to. Language barriers are not good for business. And make it up to th for skimping out on needed services. I shouldn't have to pay another delivery fee to cover your lack of investment. I'll stick with local pizza places from now on. Oh and patch the call through to the local store when I press 2 to talk to the store full filling my order.. I don't want the call center they can't help obviously.
