Very disappointed. Today 4/2 I made an order for Rapid Pick up. I selected to get a text when done but did not get a text but noticed it was ready from the app. They had a big sign for the rapid pick area and nothing was there. I noticed an employee carrying a bag to somewhere in the back so I got in line. Had to wait behind 2 people making orders. Only 1 person was upfront taking orders. When the employee was about to help me another customer came in the store and walked up to the counter and asked for his Rapid Pick up order. When I told the employee that I was there first, he ignored me. He got the other man's order first. I don't know what kind of system they have here but it is BROKEN!!!! Bad management. Employees are very stupid and should be better trained.
Very busy, ordered curbside pickup, order was misplaced - manager apologized, corrected, and gave cookies. Food was tasty.
We grabbed some breakfast while on the road. Our coffee was cold and our breakfast sandwiches were sloppily put together. The cheese on mine was on the wrapper instead of the sandwich and it came with a tiny piece of bacon. I normally really love Panera Bread and go often, but this store was a disappointment.
This location is awful. They leave out multiple items, then when you call to get a refund the manager fights you all the way. Going in person you have the same problem. Pathetic!
Good broccoli and cheese soup and chicken and wild rice soup. The pizzas were okay but were definitely lacking on the sauce so they were really dry. This steak and cheese sandwich was ridiculous. How it should look vs. what we got. As you can see it looks nothing like the picture. I'm upset how much I paid for this.
We were shocked and very disappointed when we reviewed our bill after ordering and paying. The prices on our bill were not correct according to the listed prices on their restaurant visual board menu and prices. When we questioned the discrepancy, the cashier couldn't explain why the register prices didn't match the listed prices. So he deferred to the manager. She checked the register price against the listed price. There was indeed a discrepancy. Then she said "Oh, we recently increased the prices. The bill is correct as it is."We said we felt we've been deceived and this was not right. She made no apology or offer to reimburse the difference and walked away.
Location was busy but staff did a great job of keeping in top of it. Tables were cleaned as soon as they were vacant. The dirty dish area was cleaned up frequently too.I order the Napa chicken half sandwich and was not impressed. It tasted very bland. Chicken noodle soup was great along with my daughters Mac n cheese.
Best place to have lunch or dinner. Their selection of sandwiches and soups are just best. Never had any issue with the food in PB
I meet friends here often. The coffee is fresh, bakery is great, love the soups& they are so hardy. The sandwiches are unique and healthy without tasting that way. Service is almost always fast except went everyone else decides to go in at once. Lol
Today I placed an order online. 2 hours later I finally received my order or lack there of. I didn't order a drink but was handed one and my salad and bread for my soup was missing. How do I get a refund when nobody answers the phone when you call?
