Our waitress was amazing. She was a little older and I think that's what all the restaurants need these days.
We go to this restaurant very often. Bar is very good. Soups are good too. Many different cuts of meat are available. Different cooking styles to choose from . Steaks are cooked perfectly, seasoned well. All the sides are tasty. The service is very fast. New items are added frequently like a new soup or cocktail. Australian beers are available.
I recommend people go there! Everything was great! Great food and service was excellent!!
The bloomin' onion was great and so was my prime rib steak.
My family & I had a wonderful time @ Outback. Bailey our waitress, was amazing. She was so patient with my elderly sister. As for the food...YUM❣❣❣ Thank u Outback.
Our waitress was very nice. We came here around 3 today or something. I’m not sure what I ordered exactly besides the cheese fries, but it was all good ?.
Came in the other night for another amazing meal at outback! I always have a great time here, the staff is friendly! The managing partner, Jordan, always stops by to see how my food is tasting and to make sure his staff is taking good care of me. I love their Victoria filet, their cook always cooks it to perfection, and the sweet potato with the brown sugar is such a treat. I will be back!
I will start by saying I frequently travel for work and Outback is one of my go-to's as the food and service are typically good and reliable. Outback in Madison is an exception to this. I arrived around 5pm and hesitated on going in as there were only 3 other cars in the parking lot and they looked closed. Another car showed up shortly and they went in. This was my cue that they were actually open, so I went in. Note that a person in another car went in behind me who had been waiting in his car longer than I for the same reason. Once I got in, there were literally only 3 other groups of customers in the restaurant. This should have been my sign, and against my better judgement I stayed to eat anyway. The service was slower than I've ever had at any other Outback and the food was by far the worst. I sat at the bar and asked for a Captain and Coke. The bartender tried the Coca Cola from the fountain behind the bar, but it wasn't working properly. She went to the kitchen and came back 5 minutes later just to say it wasn't working either. So a beer it was. How can you not have Cola at a restaurant or bar. It is literally a main staple for drinks. This was another sign that I should have listened to, but I stayed anyway. I ordered my usual, 6 oz. sirloin and mixed veggies. No bread was offered, I had to ask for it. Another sign. When the food arrived, the squash was as mushy as baby food and the steak that was supposed to be medium rare was well done. Surprisingly the bartender asked how my food was, to which I told her about the steak. She took it back and they made me another, which came back medium well and extremely over seasoned. I gave up at this point and ate it anyway. How can you claim to be a steak restaurant when you are not able to properly cook a tiny 6 oz steak to medium rare. It's literally a 2 to 3 minute sear in each side. I definitely know where I will NOT be going when I'm back in town.
Walked in at about 2:45. Place was only about 1/4 full. Was told it would be about a 30-40 minute wait. The hostess was not friendly and looked put out that she actually had to work. As we were there a gentleman asked for silverware and she couldn’t find any. Got a bad vibe that service and food would not be good, so we left.
The asparagus and potato was wrinkled and dryer out. Over half of asparagus was not even eatable. And not even very warm, butter would not melt on potato. The steak was warm and cooked ok but had no flavor. Slightly tough to chew but not super bad. Overall this was the worst food have ever had at outback. Have never had it be like this before. Feeling sad .
