Look, love the staff, and the unlimited $10 soup and salad? Chef's kiss- love it.The prices of everything else deserve this rating. Not a place for decent priced meal (disregard this if you're born into the middle class or higher- in that case knock yourself out ?)
Not much to review since I didn’t even get seated. So we have tried to eat here several times in recent months and are meant with long wait times and ridiculous amounts of people sitting around waiting for a table. Yesterday we were heading to town for a concert and decided to try again to have a meal at Olive Garden. When I went online to find out about reservations I found the join wait list option. I was thrilled how easy can this be! We started heading to Madison I checked it said wait time was 20-25 minutes. I joined the wait list and was anticipating no problems we will arrive and be seated promptly or almost promptly. Disappointed to say that was not the fact! We arrived in right around the 20 minute wait time and knew things were not going to go as planned. The whole lobby was full of people! I gave our name confident that all these poor people waiting did not know about the online option of being added to the wait list. We were told it would be an hour and 30 minutes!!! I’m like how can that be when it said a 20-25 minute wait and I was loke 10 on the list 10 minutes ago. Someone else checks the lists and says oh no it will probably be like 40 minutes!!’ Still not the time I was given. We had to leave and go else where. The couple in front of us at the other restaurant had the same problem we did. We had no problems find a seat and getting served promptly down the road! I understand things happen but we have never had such problems or waits before. Is it staffing are we still going every other table? You have 30 people in the lobby area would it not be better to seat them?
Had a bad experience visiting on April 3 2022 on the east location. We were at table number 34 and our server was Know our servers name. We tried to enjoy my daughter getting into a good grad school. My daughter spilled her water. The server cleaned it up. At the end of our day, I could not find my keys. That’s when our server got mean. First thing she did was pull her keys out and say these are mine. (That was a red flag and you will see why at the end) then I asked if I could look where they put there cloth napkins and she got more upset and continued to be mean. Then I asked to look in the garbage, she even got more upset and right there made me think wow, why did our sever get mad because I lost my keys. Then she pulls them out of HER POCKET!!! WHAT!! HOW! WHY! I have been a server for over 20 year and never ended up with someone else’s key in my pocket!!!! She was mean And humiliated me in front of family and people I did not know. I don’t think itWas an accident. I will be calling the manager. Be careful just another way to steal your car. Manger and staff did nothing! 
Avoid if you’re in a big group, at least until Olive Garden pays their employees a livable wage to where they aren’t several employees short.Me and my boyfriend went here several times without an issue.We went here for my grandparents 50th wedding anniversary with a group of 8 expecting to celebrate. Was told an hour wait, we waited an hour and a half before I said something and finally we got a table. It seemed as if though I didn’t say anything, we would’ve been sitting there longer which meant either they lost our name in the list or they weren’t paying attention to tables
Ordered about 15 hours in advance for curbside pickup and they charged the gift card I used. But after I arrived to pick up my order, a guy told me they could not process my payment for a reason I could not understand and they asked to see my gift card. But I of course did not bring it because I it said the payment was successfully processed when I placed the order, and I saw they charged my gift card I used. It has been a big hassle to get the gift card balance restored. Avoid this location at all costs.
We ordered the family lasagna bundle for carry out. It was perfection in a bag...well, two bags and a box. Best salad in February in Wisconsin and getting a small bottle of Olive Garden dressing and warm bread sticks were a great start topped only by the hot cheesy lasagna. YUM
If you want to be told a 25 minute wait and actually wait for a hour then this is the place for you. Not only will you wait up to double the time they say, but your waitress will proceed to not write down your orders on anything so she will come back and ask you 5 times for your order again. But never fear, even when she remembers it, something will still be wrong. Never wasting my hard earned money here again. Pathetic excuse of a restaurant.
The food is delicious! We always order on the app & do carside to go. The orders are always correct & packaged so nicely. The employees are friendly. One of my favorite places to eat!
Were seated fairly fast, waitress was very courteous and friendly, soup and sticks were excellent the salad tho was plenty had too much dressing but very tasty: will go back if we are around the ares again.
Meh. Went here for my son's birthday dinner. We were handed paper menus and pointed to a table. The waitress was awful. She tried to get us to order everything at once, so glad we didn't! We ordered apps and drinks, which were fine. But when we ordered she delivered the entree's literally 2 minutes after the soup and salad arrived.I had to ask FOUR times for bread sticks and refills. She then said she 'missed' the fresh bread sticks. Then, after we asked for boxes, she brought bread sticks, they were not hot and not soft.She was going to the table right next to ours and not even looking over, she disappeared so we ordered dessert from the little tablet on the table. We then hit the call server button. The tablet blinks red at the top when you do that. The manager walked by our table twice while it was blinking, looked over, and kept on walking. This was very disappointing, especially even you're trying to treat someone.
