2.5Falafel was meh, red lentil soup was delicious, crust on the pizza was very good, imam fainted was fair, salad was fresh but expensive for what you got, baklava was pretty good.Honestly, everything was pricy without being good enough to warrent the price, it was also all quite greasy. Our waiter had no knowledge about the menu and didn't offer a refill until our food was all gone, they weren't even busy.I wouldn't avoid coming here if someone wanted to, but I wouldn't personally recommend coming here.

Very tasty food and great prices. We got cheesy bread as an appetizer, a small salad, two wines and two entrees all for 60$. The complimentary bread and the cheesy bread were a bit crunchy but the Mediterranean calzone and the espinak were delicious. Wine was also really tasty. Restaurant atmosphere was very cozy. Had to wait a bit for a table and service but it was a very busy night and the wait staff were really friendly

We arrived at 6 for dinner for a six top 40 yr old birthday party. There was know one at the host stand first clue. We were seated finally at 7 we were ready to order the waiter returned at 730 and we placed our order got drinks at 750. And food at 8 every plate came out wrong and had to be remade. Food came finally at 845 and i had spaghetti and meatballs mine was cold and the spaggetti cracked when i bit it it was not cooked. I think at all. Everyone else cold food wrong sauces it was a nightmare never again.

Absolutely delicious! It was our first time there and it definitely exceeded any expectations we walked in. Delicious food, enjoyable ambiance and great customer service!

Liked the food, especially the Lamb Shish Kebab. The lamb was very tender and perfectly grilled. The atmosphere felt very homey, especially with the other guests that dined in. Service was 'ok' given the limited number of staff and we went during peak hours. One of the complaints/comments from me would be the table cover that is just in very bad shape, for lack of a better word (and not just our table). The cracking plastic cover isn't the most charming thing to look at when you're eating or picking up your napkin. If you're a clean/hygiene freak, your OCD would kick in, which takes away from the good food and cute setting.

We hadn't been to Oliva since before the pandemic, but our most recent visit this week had us saying that this needs to be one of our "go-to" places. First, they give you a huge glass of wine. That's a good start. Second, and most important, the food is really good. For starters, the soup was excellent, as was the bread. The salad was only average and dull; they can do better. Our entrees -- the Salmon a la Turk and the Baked Eggplant -- were full of flavor and very satisfying. The portions aren't huge, and the dishes could use a side of vegetables to go with the rice. But the main dishes tasted so good. And the prices are quite reasonable.

Lovely quiet place on the West side of Madison. The kabobs are amazing, the staff is great, highly recommended!

I had the gyro plate, and it was phenomenal. The Turkish bread was great and the homemade dressing with the house salad was perfect. I will come back but next time I will try an Italian dish. I can't wait.

We’ll be back

The restaurant features Mediterranean cuisine. The service was fast and efficient. They have a variety of dishes, including pasta, pizza, and grilled entrees. The food was well presented and tasty. A good portion of their business seems to be takeout. Nice place!
