Enjoyed a Bloody Mary and shared a specialty burger with a girlfriend on Sunday, June 12, 2022 on the outdoor patio. I mostly go to non-franchised restaurants and this one deserves repeat stops. In fact, today was my third visit in the past 6 months. Our server, Zoe, was friendly and professional. Off Broadway Drafthouse is located 2 blocks from South Towne Mall, so make it a multi-stop trip.
Food is delicious, service is great and prices are fair. And, the list of beers and ciders available is pretty good. We loved the place and we enjoyed their patio. They have a beautiful heated patio. The view of the flowers and their yard is a gorgeous view. Parking is the only downside; it can be hard to find parking on the street and we had to leave our car a few blocks away late at night where there are not many lights on the Street.
Went at 8pm on a Friday. The cute little outside patio was full, but I was able to sit at a booth inside. The hostess was very kind and friendly. Waitress was alright. Appetizer came out before beer which was a little weird, but all food and drinks were delicious! Had a hazy IPA, regular IPA, summer risotto, and frites. Taking a star off for the restaurant not sourcing locally and use of a lot of disposable plastics (like sauce cups). If they start to make some positive environmental changes I would definitely come back more often!

Super friendly/welcoming staff. This was the only restaurant the hotel staff and I were able to locate that serves both steak AND cheese curds. Both were very good, as well as the fudge brownie dessert.
It’s a great experience. The ambiance is very welcoming and charming. Amazing cocktail choices, food and service. Staff are extremely knowledgeable and make great recommendations. It was our first time and we can’t wait to return.
My family and I absolutely LOVE the fish fry here! A little pricey but the best around Monona! They got me as a customer for life due to the way they handled COVID takeout. Jars of old fashions?! Beat that.
Off Broadway has been a regular favorite. Their fried chicken thighs with mashed or yukon gold potatoes are simply excellent. We are very happy to see them on the regular instead of a Sunday night special. The war pig sandwich is also excellent. And then there are the lemon bars....
