Atmosphere, Staff and Food are the most enjoyable. Great for 50+ family members. Satisfyingly exceeds expectations for accommodating service. I have never been served a meal at this restaurant that was less than “Good” even when I normally dislike the ingredients used. 3.75-5.0 star food, 3.5 star drink selection, 2.5 star water quality, 3.0-3.5 star atmosphere, 3.0 star seating comfort, 2.5-3.5 star privacy, 3.5 star accessibility, 2.25-2.75 star location and 4.0-5.0 star staff service.
Six of us came for dinner. We had reservations. We were seated promptly and the service was good. All the dishes were quite good. I was very disappointed in the minestrone soup however. It was very tasty but it was not minestrone. It was vegetable soup. No beans. No pasta. Just carrots, celery and zucchini. That was it. Being the only thing I ate for dinner, I was quite disappointed. I would however, come again. The rest of my family was very pleased. I’d just order something else next time.
What a joke. Slooooow service. Waitress placed everything directly in front of the baby sitting at our table. Constantly had to ask for refills, more bread, olive oil, and how much longer the food was going to take. Our meals all arrived at different times. Lasagna was dry. Like it had been frozen and then microwaved. Never again.
Stopped in for lunch on Sunday. The restaurant was quiet and we were seated immediately. They quickly brought fresh bread and olive oil. Our meals were ready pretty quickly and everything was excellent. Really good food and at quite reasonable prices. Do yourself a favor and stop in some time soon!
Nonno's is very good food. Service was good. Desserts were great. Atmosphere is nice. It wasn't the best restaurant I've been to but its good.
Kicking myself for living down the street for 2 years and sleeping on this place omg! Madison Restaurant week is going well for my foodie expeditions!
Not a local person. Found this place and it was great. Pesto Genovese perfect. Cannoli’s excellent. Great great service. A+
Ordered 2 pizzas, a Sicilian and a Vegetarian. When ordering pizza from a restaurant with Italiano in the name, you would expect the freshest quality ingredients including the crust. Absolutely not the case with this place, crust is premade frozen bulk that would be expected from a chain restaurant. I'm certainly not going to expect much from any type of pasta entrees.
Food was fresh and delicious. Everyone was helpful and pleasant. Great choice of food. We had salmon and pasta. My brother loved his fresh oysters. Loved the desserts, too.
I've been here several times and tried a lot of the menu. I love the fresh pastas and gnocchi in sage cream sauce. The service has also usually been pretty good; The last time I was here however, they over-salted my gnocchi. I rarely send food back, but it was just inedible.When I told the server he was rude, unhelpful and told me that's just how it is (it's not, I've had it several times). I waited over 15 minutes for them to discuss this (I'm not sure what the debate was). Eventually, they took it back, fixed it and sent a better version back. Not a game changer visit because I will probably go back, but disappointed at the service nevertheless.
