We called earlier in the day to reserve a room and they told us that reserving online was the only way to reserve a room. We reserved a room online and when we arrived, they gave our room away and told us that we should have called ahead of time, but we did. Then told us that waiting was the only way to get a room, but it wasn’t guaranteed. When we asked if there was any compensation for having our room given away, they said they could only give us 30 minutes for the room. We did our part as consumers on calling and following directions but this business couldn’t even give us proper service or even let us know ahead of time for cancellation. Very disappointing to travel so far for a business and have them give away the room. The server was amazing in communication, but the business as a whole needs improvement to notify customers if their reservation doesn’t mean anything.
5 years ago I came here on a first date, I’d never been. My now husband and I continue to drive across Madison for the best pho and spring rolls in town. I will always recommend Nam’s Noodle!

Spring roll here is too big for me. And the pho here tastes too bland, compared the pho I eaten in Vietnam. So I will not recommend the pho lovers to go.
How to work the karaoke machines: searching for an artist is done by initials. For example, searching for Britney Spears is B S, Fall Out Boy is F O B, Madonna is just M. Good luck. It's not the easiest interface, but intuitive enough once you figure the search part out. The speakers sound great. Decent and relatively up to date song selection. Didn't have super deep cuts, but it was pretty broad. For example, we were able to sing a my chemical romance song and then a good bluegrass song right afterwards.Besides that, all the appetizers were delicious. The beer selection was good enough and we had a good time with the pitchers. We got one entree that tasted pretty mediocre, like frozen food heated up in a microwave.

The food is average, service is terrible, staff are abrasive at best. Seek out other options if possible.

So after all that crazy ness he then said “FINE I WILL SEND OUT THE DRIVER TO PICK UP YOUR FOOD AND THEN GIVE YOU A REFUND ” the AUDACITY to yell at me even though I’m also culinary trained and I know sometimes things happen and I was trying to work with him . SAD
Use to be a good area to dine but they fell off. They continue to not let people dine in out of fear. Food has lost quality. Go somewhere else.
